About: I have done many dog and cat sitting jobs since I was 12, for multiple people in my neighborhood. I am an animal behavior major and love working with animals! I also have two dogs and cats of my own who I love very much! I am currently home from college for the summer and have lots of free time! I am available any day of the week day or night! I am happy to care for your pets in any capacity you need! Your pets will get lots of love and exercise while I am there!

If you need care in my home, I have a good set up with spaces that can be closed off if you have a shy pet who prefers quiet. As far as outside playtime for dogs, I have a good sized yard and live in a great neighborhood with sidewalks. I’m also able to go on hikes with your dog if that’s their thing. I’m comfortable coming to your home and keeping your pet’s routine as usual if that’s your preference.

About: I’ve been walking my family’s dogs for almost a decade now - a high energy Brittany spaniel as well as a husky/shepherd mix. 7 years ago I adopted Layla, a pittie/german shepherd mix who I’ve trained extensively and take on daily adventures. Then, a year ago I adopted Dixon (a German shepherd/Australian cattle dog mix) and he’s been reactive to humans and dogs alike. I’ve had extensive training in classes with him alongside professionals. I’ve taken that experience and can apply many basic training concepts to dogs of all sizes/ages. I’m currently off of work for the summer and have total flexibility to look after/walk your pups! When I am working during the school year, I have afternoons available to walk your dogs during the work week. I have a wide variety of trails/walking spots I frequent in the local area, so your pup will always be enriched & happy! I always carry some kind of dog deterrent (PetSafe SprayShield or Pet Corrector) in case of emergency, and always engage in positive reinforcement training throughout walks. This looks like rewarding the dog(s) with treats when they check in with me, stay in a heel, or keep loose tension on the leash.

I have had dogs and guinea pigs since I was born and have over 10 years experience caring for dogs- large, small, and everything in between, as well as cats, small animals, and reptiles. I was also a manager at a pet store where I was trained on all of the safety measures to take around our furry friends! I worked at an exotic animal sanctuary where I received further training on a wide variety of animal care. I am well versed in senior dog care and general obedience training. About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since I was a little girl, whether they were my own pets or the pets of neighbors, friends, or the dogs at my daycare job. People know they can rely on me especially when it comes to their pets, because I know that to most people, their dog or cat is seen as an important member of the family and they should be treated as such. About: I have loved dogs and animals in general for my entire life. Right now, I work at Buddy's Doggie Daycare in Norfolk MA, and I love it, but I am looking for more one on one experience with a dog. At Buddy's my job is to watch the dogs and interact with them. Another part of my job is to protect the dogs in case of a fight breaking out. I have learned to think and act quick in those kinds of situations. When something like that happens, you step in quickly and it was scary at first, but I love and care about the dogs so much it doesn't matter to me if I get a little hurt, as long as the dogs are okay, I am happy. At Buddy's there are dogs of all ages and sizes, so I am used to being around them. Growing up I was known for my love of animals. My Aunt has a dog and whenever they go on a trip they ask me to dog sit her. I love walking her and taking care of her. I was never able to have a dog growing up because my dad and sister are allergic. I want to give every dog I can the love they deserve. Before I worked at Buddy's I worked at Pet Supplies Plus in Franklin MA. There I learned some basic needs of dogs and how to take care of them in an at home setting. I worked there for 2 years until I moved on to Buddy's, Currently I am working full time, but I am working on clearing my schedule, so I have plenty of time to work and care for your dogs!! I don't go to school or have any other obligations other than my current job. Depending on what your dog and home is like, I will make sure they have a great and safe time with me. If there is no fenced in yard we can play inside or go for a nice walk. And if your pup is older and needs more down time we can go for drives and get him/her a little treat. No matter what the setting is, I will make sure your dog is safe and happy as can be!

I am Kelsey and I have being taking care of dogs and cats regularly for over 6 years now. (The dream job) I have also been around and cared for my own pets: cats, dogs, and even guinea pigs since I can remember. My neighbors and family members have always relied on me when going on vacation to take care of their pets overnight for extended periods of time. I would always be the first to volunteer! I have been responsible for the care of both cats and dogs. I do primarily work from home and I am able to be very flexible with care during the ‘work day’ and flex my hours during the week. Which really does allow me ample opportunities to be available and fit in pet care during throughout day. Also this gives me the flexibility to work from your home if you are comfortable with that, so I can extend my care time with your four legged friend as much as possible! I am very easy going and willing to try and be flexible with my schedule. Typically Monday-Friday I am available consistently after 4pm or before 10am for drop ins and dog walks. I also have flexibility during the ‘work’ day hours for multiple drop ins and walks or good old fashion cuddle time with your fur babies. If you are comfortable with this, I’d be happy to work remotely from your home so I can extend my stay with your pets for as long as possible. I am also available for house sitting and pet care overnight. I can be quite flexible with dates for overnights. I have experience watching pets over the course of multiple weeks at a time. So if you’re headed out on a long vacation, I have experience with pet care of an extended period. On the weekends, Saturday through Sunday, I have a lot of open time/ flexibility and open hours to be available to take care of your pet(s)! I try my best to keep my calendar up to date, however if you see a day marked unavailable that you are looking for help on, please still feel free to message me. I’ll make it work with your schedule! ☺️ Trust and safety may be the two most important aspects of pet care. To ensure this with those I work with, I make sure, before any pet care job especially if they are a new client, to ask the important questions. Examples being, to ask if there are any medical conditions I should be aware, dietary restrictions, exercise preferences, and the list can go on. So I can understand how best to take care of your pet and meet their needs. Also to build trust with you as the owner, so you can have peace of mind that your fur baby is in good hands. I prioritize the wishes of the owner for how they want their pet cared for. I have a secure, fenced in backyard at home if you would want me to care your fur baby in my home. Also while working in client's homes I make sure to not only of course take care of your pet, but to also take care and respect your home. Typically I make sure, specifically dogs, get out to play and go for walks, while also making sure to give lots of cuddles and positive encouragement. My goal is to make sure your pet gets the loving care, consistent attention, and safe environment they need!

About: Growing up in wild and wonderful West Virginia, I worked on a family farm and took care of friend’s and family’s pets. So it was natural that I developed an affection for animals. I fell in love with my own dog, a Labrador Retriever, at 16 and named him Bucks! I’ve taken care of many different types of animals besides cats and dogs, such as Guinea pigs, chickens, iguanas, sugar gliders and more! In recent years, I was employed in a dog boarding and training facility called ‘The Happy Retriever.’ Then I was able to gain more pet care experience working for another pet sitting business named ‘Heart and Paws Pet Sitting.’ I am presently a proud member of Pet Sitters International, thru which I have completed Pet First Aid & CPR training and have ongoing education in pet care! Sunday - Saturday I’m a proud business owner and a full time pet sitter! I love all the furry friends I get to make in all sizes and continue my pet behavior and wellness education so I can provide the best care possible!
