Jessica is so great with our rambunctious puppy!! He is not easy and can very energetic but Jessica always has patience and grace with him, despite the occasional glove/shoe stealing. She never seems to get upset with him and understands he needs a little extra support being young. She is also very flexible and willing to help with our tasks- Highly recommend!!!

About: Hi! I have always had a dog for a pet from birth to present where I have my own dog, Max! I previously worked at the MSPCA (Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). That was my favorite job! I would take the dogs out for their morning walks and bathroom breaks, feed them and whenever I had down time I would play with them. I would complete my day by taking them on their evening walks and feeding them their dinner. It is the most rewarding feeling to care for a dog. I do work a full time job Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm and work from home on Fridays so please take that into consideration when booking a stay with me! :) Thanks for visiting my page!

About: I’ve been caring for animals for a few years now, and through my many experiences, I’ve learned that no animal is ever less important just because of its size. Whether they’re big or small, every animal deserves the same love. I’ve worked with senior dogs, small dogs, and I have owned exotic animals like hamsters and bunnies. I have volunteered for dog shelters in the past as well. I’m currently working part time, as I am in school. My availability is Thursday afternoons and open availability on the weekends. My schedule is very flexible! I have open space in my home for your pets. I also have a vast amount of space to walk or play outdoors with your dogs!

I have taken several courses in dog training and safe handling, been certified in pet first aid and CPR, and am active in the dog community. I have several years of experience walking a variety of different dog breeds ranging from small to large, both individually and in small groups. Routine and structure are important so I am very careful to follow the specific instructions for each animal. My goal is to keep your pet safe, happy and help you provide the love, mental and physical stimulation they need to thrive.

About: I have been working with dogs for 15 years. I am Canine and Feline certified and have completed a course in reading canine body language. I know some basic vet tech knowledge and signs of stress and I am also trained in giving deworming medicine and administering shots to dogs and cats as I have previously cared for a cat with Diabeties. I also have experience working in a grooming salon as a Bather/Dryer so I have no problem giving a bath to anyone that needs one or a quick nail trim. My passion in life has always been animals and I have had more dogs and cats then I can count on both hands and now I am living my dream of working with dogs at a popular doggie daycare in Rhode Island. My mornings are spent with a group of at least 20-40 dogs playing in an off leash facility either playing ball, working on commands or just giving belly scratches and my afternoons are spent at home with my own two dogs, a 6 year old Chihuahua who just wants to sleep on or next to me and my first rescue who is still a puppy at 8 months old and loves to learn new tricks and chase his toys around. Why I love dog sitting I've been a animal lover since I was a child, as early as I can remember I wanted to be a veterinarian so I could help fix all the sick animals. I've always had animals growing up and my very first dog was a German Shepard named Buddy. I have had cats, dogs, hamsters, rats and fish. The only animals I fear is snakes. I have worked in a variety of animal care settings such as pet stores, grooming salons and pet hotels so I had been in a wide range of environments to work from. My favorite was the Pet hotel/Doggie Daycare because of the wide variation in breeds that you see coming in. My experience administering medication I have no problems with administering medications, one of my previous landlords had a cat that I would watch for her that had Diabetes and needed her insulin shots twice a day along with strict dietary food for weight management, her name was Savannah and she recently passed away. I run my own small dog walking/sitting business so I am blessed to have the flexibility to add on new fur friends when they need help. If the pets are coming to stay with me I have beds, toys and everything you can expect if you leave something at home, If I am sitting at the clients home I like to do a meet and greet beforehand to go over all the details and answer any questions or concerns the pet parents may have, I also make sure they know they can reach me pretty much anytime for an update on their pets.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and have experience breeding and providing all types of care. I can bathe, brush, clip nails and provide fun and exercise. I do have a 8 year old spaded female German Shepherd and a 2 year old female Cane Corso, who are good with children, dogs, and cats. I have no problem with the animals cuddling with me on the furniture, I just throw a sheet on top and they are more than welcome. I have an apartment, but is is a great size for a few dogs at a time. I also have a husband and a 15 year old son who share my passion for animals as well and they are more than willing to assist me if need be. I have a nice fenced in yard where we can go out and play fetch or even get in the doggy pool. I’m a nurse and I work night shift and my husband is a contractor who works days. Someone is typically always home to care for the fur babies. I have a fenced in yard, two friendly dogs who get along with other dogs and cats, and I also have a couple of cats who also get along with dogs. All the pets in the house are friendly with one another, and if her situation or to ever occur, I know how to de-escalate the situation. I also have an extra large dog crate if that is needed.
