About: I’ve been walking my family’s dogs for almost a decade now - a high energy Brittany spaniel & a very large husky/shepherd mix. 7 years ago I rescued a German shepherd/pit bull mix (Layla) who I’ve trained extensively and take on daily adventures. Then, a year ago I rescued Dixon (a German shepherd/Australian cattle dog mix) and he’s been reactive to humans & dogs alike. I’ve completed extensive training in classes with him alongside professionals. I’ve taken that experience and can apply many basic training concepts to dogs of all sizes/ages. I’m currently available throughout the work week at any time (as an educator on summer break). As of September 1st, I will be available from 2pm into the early evening. Book early to save a spot right at 2! I know a wide variety of trails/walking spots in the local area, so your pup will always be enriched & happy! I make sure to carry some kind of dog deterrent (PetSafe SprayShield or Pet Corrector) in case of emergency, and try to engage in positive reinforcement training throughout walks. This looks like rewarding the dog(s) with treats when they check in with me, stay in a heel, or keep loose tension on the leash. Within your home, I’ll always change/refill the water for the dog(s) after the walk.

About: I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember, and I’ve not lived a single day without having one or two dogs in my home. I have such a special place in my heart for dogs and no matter what kind how big, how mean, or nice it is I will make sure it is cared for and loved as much as it can be. I work part time at a nursing home in Medway, but my hours are not extremely long, and I have the flexibility to leave when needed to care for pets if they are located nearby. During the school year, I am a student at Bridgewater State University, so I will primarily be looking for pet care services in that area. My classes end no later than noon each day, which gives me plenty of availability in the afternoons and evenings, as well as in the mornings when needed before class. When caring for pets in my home, I treat them like family. I love spending time with them, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention to make sure they feel loved and not ignored. My dogs at home and I spend a lot of time on walks and hikes. I also have a fenced in backyard where they can safely run and play. I am very comfortable handling larger dogs on leash and can manage any that may pull. When I care for a pet at a client's home, I make sure they have everything they need while I am there, like fresh food and water. I also make sure they get lots of playtime and attention, and toys to keep them entertained. I will ALWAYS follow every pet's individual routine and make sure they are comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. Family members, friends, neighbors, etc. have always had pets and have relied on me to take care of them for periods of time. I work on a hybrid schedule, so I am home most Mondays, Fridays - Sundays all day. When I am in the City working I have breaks where I can walk dogs that are close by as well. I don’t have any pets in my home, I live with my fiance who has grown up owning multiple dogs at a time. We have no children in the home either. We live in a townhouse with a front and back yard.

About: I am a wildlife biology major with a passion for caring for animals of all kinds! I have had dogs and guinea pigs since I was born and have over 10 years experience caring for dogs- large, small, and everything in between, as well as cats, small animals, and reptiles. I was also a manager at a pet store where I was trained on all of the safety measures to take around our furry friends! I worked at an exotic animal sanctuary where I received further training on a wide variety of animal care. I am well versed in senior dog care and general obedience training. About: I have loved dogs and animals in general for my entire life. Right now, I work at Buddy's Doggie Daycare in Norfolk MA, and I love it, but I am looking for more one on one experience with a dog. At Buddy's my job is to watch the dogs and interact with them. Another part of my job is to protect the dogs in case of a fight breaking out. I have learned to think and act quick in those kinds of situations. When something like that happens, you step in quickly and it was scary at first, but I love and care about the dogs so much it doesn't matter to me if I get a little hurt, as long as the dogs are okay, I am happy. At Buddy's there are dogs of all ages and sizes, so I am used to being around them. Growing up I was known for my love of animals. My Aunt has a dog and whenever they go on a trip they ask me to dog sit her. I love walking her and taking care of her. I was never able to have a dog growing up because my dad and sister are allergic. I want to give every dog I can the love they deserve. Before I worked at Buddy's I worked at Pet Supplies Plus in Franklin MA. There I learned some basic needs of dogs and how to take care of them in an at home setting. I worked there for 2 years until I moved on to Buddy's, Currently I am working full time, but I am working on clearing my schedule, so I have plenty of time to work and care for your dogs!! I don't go to school or have any other obligations other than my current job. Depending on what your dog and home is like, I will make sure they have a great and safe time with me. If there is no fenced in yard we can play inside or go for a nice walk. And if your pup is older and needs more down time we can go for drives and get him/her a little treat. No matter what the setting is, I will make sure your dog is safe and happy as can be!

About: I have had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits…I love animals of all kinds. My mom became paralyzed and I walked and took care of her 2 senior dogs for about 8 years until they passed. I gave them oral medication, cooked their food, walked and groomed them. Then she adopted a puppy and I took care of him as well as trained him. I currently have 2 french bulldogs of my own. One is a hyper little puppy and the other is a calmer 5 year old. I love caring for pets whether they are my own or someone else’s. I currently work part time in home care until 2pm 4 days a week. I am available most afternoons. My schedule changes if a client is in the hospital and does not need care those days which gives me the flexibility to pick up more last minute walks or check ins. I have children so I cannot work all weekend but i can be flexible and am open to them. I am open to walking your dogs in your neighborhood or wherever you prefer. I am also open to check ins and feeding dogs or cats. I will do my best to keep your routine with them if that is what you prefer. I would like to know a little bit about them beforehand and any preferences or habits they have.

About: I have been a true pet lover my entire life. Now I raise two daughters who feel the same way. There has never been an animal we did not love. I have been the one all of my friends and family always rely on to help walk, feed, bathe, and take care of their pets. I have a lot of energy so love being active and going on walks and hikes and running around with a dog. I am happy to have an animal cuddled onto my lap and do not even mind being licked all over my face! I treat every pet as if it was my own. About: I’ve had pets since I was a child- Always at least one cat, one dog, and a turtle! I have volunteered with MSPCA as well, and taken care of shelter animals. My own dog is from a shelter, and she is reactive to other dogs. I’ve helped train her both in the house and on the leash, and have experience in handling reactive animals because of this. My dog, a snuggly pitbull, is now a certified Canine Good Citizen! I can keep up with high energy pets, but I also love being with a pet that loves relaxing just as much as I do.
