Our situation was a little unusual because my cats and I have been displaced from our home due to a mold issue, and one of my boys, Jack, had already been experiencing health symptoms. I was also leaving for a weekend, so this was my first time ever dropping my cats off with a sitter instead of having someone stay in my home. Needless to say, I was pretty anxious. From the very first meet-and-greet, Olivia immediately put me at ease. Her background as a veterinary technician was reassuring, but what truly stood out was how genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive she is. She took the time to get to know each of my cats' unique personalities, routines, and little quirks. Both of my boys warmed up to her right away, which is saying a lot—especially Jack, who struggles with anxiety. While I was away, Olivia sent frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious they weren't just being cared for—they were genuinely loved. Seeing them so relaxed and comfortable made an incredibly stressful time so much easier. Olivia cared not only for my cats but also for me. She understood the emotional weight of everything we were going through and showed so much compassion throughout the entire experience. My boys came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative, and truly treats your pets like family, Olivia is exceptional. I would trust her with Jack and Gus again in a heartbeat, and I'm so grateful we found her.”
