“We had an urgent need to find a good dog boarding care provider as we were in the middle of a big vacation while suddenly our friend (who initially agreed to take care of our dog during our vacation) told us that she could no longer handle our dog due to lack of sleep and capability to handle. Fortunately, I found Jacqueline on Rover who agreed to accept our dog without even seeing him first. BTW, our previous Rover dog sitter no longer does this business since last year due to some family reasons. It has been such a great relief after our dog has been handed over to Jacqueline. She and her family have been taking very good care of our dog and she sent me updates in text msgs or pictures and taking our dog for walk everyday. My dogs; Louie and Paislee, have the BEST time with Lyndsey, Evan, and Rollie. They come back so tired, relaxed, and happy. They go for long walks daily, I get photo updates daily, and they never leave the dogs alone for long. They even let my bed hogs sleep in bed with them. We will always leave our dogs here when we travel!!
