Our dog can be pretty nervous in new environments, but he warmed up to them almost immediately, which gave us so much peace of mind right from the start. We received daily updates with photos and thoughtful notes, which truly meant the world to us. It was so clear that they treated Mac like their own — with patience, affection, and genuine care. Every update reassured us that he was not just being watched, but truly cared for and loved. Throughout our entire trip, we felt completely comfortable and confident that Mac was in excellent hands. We are so grateful and will absolutely book with them again!”

Our situation was a little unusual because my cats and I have been displaced from our home due to a mold issue, and one of my boys, Jack, had already been experiencing health symptoms. While I was away, Olivia sent frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious they weren't just being cared for—they were genuinely loved. Seeing them so relaxed and comfortable made an incredibly stressful time so much easier. Olivia cared not only for my cats but also for me. She understood the emotional weight of everything we were going through and showed so much compassion throughout the entire experience. My boys came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative, and truly treats your pets like family, Olivia is exceptional. I would trust her with Jack and Gus again in a heartbeat, and I'm so grateful we found her.”
