“It was Murphy’s second time ever staying away from home, and his first Rover experience so we were nervous about how he would do. Sean was so responsive through the entire process, kind, understanding and flexible with us. He shared updates so we were assured Murphy was doing well, and Murphy had a great time. He seemed comfortable going in, and almost like he was sad his vacation had ended at pickup. He was well exercised and ready for a nap after vacation, just like we were!”

“Lyndsey and Evan always take such good care of our dog! We get lots of photo updates and they go out of their way to make his stay with them comfortable and convenient for us. Our dog gets tons of exercise and comes back a happy pup. Their dog, Rollie, is a great companion and I'm glad he gets a lot of good social time while we are away. “Julie was really great with our anxious dog who really does not warm up to strangers. She understood that our dog needed space and time. By the end of the 24hour stay she and our dog had bonded which speaks volumes regarding Julie’s demeanor and ability to read a dog. Additionally, Julie is extremely responsive. Due to weather we needed to adjust our stay and she quickly responded to my messages and helped work through how to navigate the Rover site ? We are looking forward to having our dog stay with Julie again soon.”

It was clear from the photos and messages that she was having a great time. I could tell she was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!”

“This was our first booking with Alex and it was an outstanding experience. Our mini poodle had the time of her life playing with the other 2 dogs. We all look forward to booking with Alex again in the near future.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Emily! She was incredibly accommodating for a last minute request and is an absolute sweetheart. I will definitely be using Emily in the future and recommend you do too- your pets will be in the best hands :)”

“Wendy was truly awesome! This is our first time using a pet sitter and she calmed my nerves from the second we first connected. My cat Phoebe also loved her from the moment she met her. Wendy has a heart of gold and we’ll definitely be using her in the future!!”

About: I have had cats since I was a little girl. Grew up with 2 tomcats that were inside/outside and now have 3 of my own indoor cats - 2 males and an orange tabby female. Their unique personalities are amazing! My senior guy, Bruschi (in my profile pic) needed daily medication as he had a thyroid issue and cancer until he passed last May.

“Hanna provided excellent care for our 2 cats while we went on vacation. Her updates and photos were so thorough, taking time to even track down our shy girl who hides from everyone. Wouldn’t hesitate from recommending Hanna if you need pet care!”

“Frazier was amazing! Extremely detailed, took very well care of both of my cats and both of them loved her. My cats normally don’t warm up to someone this quickly and I am so happy they did with Frazier.”

“Isabell went above and beyond with our two cats. She was always communicative about any scheduling changes and sent a bunch of photos and videos, outside of the ones included with the daily Rover Card. This was our first time using a pet sitter, outside of family, and she exceeded our expectations. She was patient with our cats and gained their trust and affection, which is hard as they are generally shy with strangers. I would highly recommend her and hope she is still around the next time we choose to travel as our cats grew fond of her.”

“Eliza made sure our two cats were well taken care of and gave them lots of love and attention. We loved knowing they were in good hands while we were out of town. Would definitely use her again!”

About: My pet care experience has seen be learn a number of skills such as monitoring your pets behavior to understand when a social situation may become too stressful. Other skills I have acquired are following directions for specific diets, seeing through that each pet gets exactly what their owners ask for. I have also gained experience in grooming as well. Right now, I can work any day of the week, Monday through Friday, and as for times I am very flexible, I can start as early as you need and keep your pet until whenever you want! I am very attentive when it comes to pets. With my previous work experience, it was necessary for me to stay alert, as to make sure no pets ended up harming each other, or to make sure they weren’t doing something they’re not supposed to.
“I can't recommend Teaghan enough! I am a first time Rover user and I was super anxious about it. I had another sitter booked originally but they were flaky so I had to find someone else last minute and Teaghan was sooo easy to work with and accommodating. I am so happy I found her and would definitely use her again in the future :)”

“Elizabeth took great care of our cat Bernie for 3 days. We always worry about leaving him with a pet sitter because he can be shy and skittish and doesn't always warm up to people he doesn't know. Elizabeth has the magic touch because Bernie was always (and immediately!) happy to see her and even came out to play. When we got back, Bernie was happy, well-adjusted and his usual goofy self. Definitely recommend Elizabeth to anyone seeking a reliable, friendly and professional pet sitter!”

“Samantha was great! We recently adopted a very active and playful kitten. She did a fantastic job keeping him occupied and safe while we were away. Samantha was very punctual and had great communication. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

About: I’ve always loved all animals but didn’t actually own my very own cat until about 4 years ago. After having a tremendous amount of dog, bird and fish experience since childhood, I couldn’t help but think how much easier cats were and how comforting, sweet, snuggly, playful and funny they really could be! I’m now the proud owner of 4 adopted cats, all of whom were adopted from Medfield Animal Shelter over the course of the last 4 years. Our newest cat has epilepsy and is managed taking prescription medication twice daily. I’m very familiar with all types of cat personalities - scared/shy, super social and friendly, as well as formerly feral or newly adopted. With the latter two, I know to tread very lightly, tend to their basic needs and keep a safe distance while also being present in the same room as them to bring them some comfort and keep them company. Otherwise, I’m all in for cat cuddles, petting and playing. I’m experienced with distributing medication (liquid and pills) to cats. I’m also familiar with changing out bags on robot-type litter boxes as well as the traditional litter box trays that require scooping. I’d love the opportunity to care for your cat(s) and look forward to meeting them!

“Jeff was so kind and took great care of our two cats while we were away for the holiday weekend. Our girls can be very timid and they warmed up to him no problem. He came over and met with us on short notice, and was very professional. Highly recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again!!”

“Isabela did a great job taking care of our elderly kitty (18 years old) and was very quick with her responses. She made sure she got everything she needed and was amazing with sending pictures from each visit!”

“Our elderly cat, Karina, is typically is afraid of strangers, but she was comfortable with Rachel and even approached her for pets and attention. Thanks so much, Rachel, for taking great care of her and for your patience with her new litter box habits!”

“Paige was great and the dogs seemed to really like their “play date” with her. Paige sent a detailed report that made us feel at ease. We definitely hope to have Oaige drop in for another visit soon.”

“Stephanie takes such good care of my cats! One of my cats is diabetic and requires daily shots & I always feel very comfortable knowing that Stephanie will take care of Ellie in my absence. Can’t recommend her enough”

“Kiley always does a great job pet sitting our three guinea pigs! As prey animals, they are very cautious around humans they don’t know, but they always seem to be very comfortable with Kiley. She puts them at ease and they are happy, healthy, and well taken care of when we get home!”

“Emily was very pleasant to interact with. She has a nice inviting home with a big well groomed yard. Our Chi - Mix Mookie loved running around in the yard. Emily treated Mook like one of her own. “Lyndsey and Evan were amazing! We got multiple photo update throughout the day. They even took Oscar for a 3 mile walk, and their dog Rosie kept him entertained all day long.”

“Fantastic experience with Megan. Felt completely comfortable leaving Teddy in her care. Lots of communication and sweet pictures throughout the stay. Teddy was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. 100% recommend!”

“We were delighted with the care for Hugo. We were nervous about leaving him with a new family in unaccustomed surroundings but he clearly had a nice time and was very relaxed when he came home.”

“Debbie went above and beyond for us. She spent plenty of time acclimating our 4 mo puppy to her home and dogs for his first daycare session. We received pics and updates during his stay. Our dog had a great supervised socialization session with Debbie and other dogs, and had a chance to gain confidence in staying with others. Will definitely use her as a sitter again!”

“Our sweet deaf pup stayed with Annmarie for the day and she couldn't have been safer and happier. This was our first Rover experience, so there was a bit of anxiety dropping our puppy off at a stranger's house. However, Annmarie made us feel welcome through her ongoing communication before, during, and after the visit, and I felt a sense of relief knowing that our special needs dog was well cared for. I highly recommend this host for your doggy day care needs.”

About: I am a full-time working mom with 2 kids, 3 cats and 1 dog. I have years of experience walking, dog/cat sitting for friends, neighbors, family. I couldn't have a dog as a kid b/c we lived in an apartment so the first chance I was able to get my own dog, my husband and I adopted Buttons in 2009 when she was 4 months old and then Marty in 2013 at 10 weeks old. We also have 3 cats, Buttercup, Sox and Murray. We lost our 2 senior cats, Bruschi in 2024 and Seymour in 2019 at 18 and 12 yrs old. My soul dog, Buttons just passed away in March at 15 yrs old and for the last 9 months I administered daily subcutaneous fluids as well as supplements, probiotics, antibiotics on a daily basis to help support her kidney disease. I built her a wheelchair because she had arthritis but loved to walk and turned my old stroller into a dog stroller for her during her last days. I have another senior dog, Marty who is 12 and although doesn't take daily medication is a very anxious guy so learning to adapt and make his life amazing has been a learning curve since Buttons was such a laid back girl. I feel that dogs and cats and animals in general are an important part of your life, they teach us things that humans cannot and I feel that in my soul. I would be humbled to take care of your pets so that you do not have to worry at all. I work from home and typically can get away during a lunch break. I have the summers off and am pretty available during the weekdays. I have a fenced yard, I have experience walking an aggressive, anxious dog as well as a senior dog who needs to go slow and at her own pace. I have cats and am very conscious, even a bit paranoid at times of doors being left open or the window screens not being secure so I am always double checking those things.

About: I have done many dog and cat sitting jobs since I was 12, for multiple people in my neighborhood. I am an animal behavior major and love working with animals! I also have two dogs and cats of my own who I love very much! I am currently home from college for the summer and have lots of free time! I am available any day of the week day or night! I am happy to care for your pets in any capacity you need! Your pets will get lots of love and exercise while I am there!

I am currently in grad school and have a lot of availability during the summer. I am looking for occasional or long term opportunities, so feel free to reach out! I have lots of pets at home right now so I spend a lot of time playing and taking care of them. I would love to expand my pet family. I would be able to feed, clean up after and play as much as needed for any pets. I am used to full care of my cats and dogs.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. I’m the proud owner of a golden. We walk 3-4 miles a day in the woods behind my house. My cousin has my dogs sister and we have weekly play dates to keep them together! My sister also has an American bully and I love breed! He often comes over for sleep overs and he is my best running buddy! Pet care is extremely important to me! I start my day with play time and long walks! I also think it is very important to keep my dog socialized I put her in daycare once a week to keep her comfortable with all dogs. My day always end with play time typically fetch outside and snuggles on the couch! My dog Rollie is my best friend. I work from home 2 days a week and either my husband or I are home early the other days. This allows for a lot of working from the deck sitting in the sun! I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I would love to set up a meet and greet so we can all get to know each other. Looking forward to adding a friend for Rollie on our nature walks!

Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make each visit a positive experience so both you and your dog feel comfortable and confident in my care. As a full-time student, I have dedicated time each week for pet care and make reliability a priority. I’m available Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and weekends from the morning until 7:00 PM. I look forward to giving your dog the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. I understand that trusting someone with your dog is not a easy decision. I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own by following your routine, prioritizing their safety, and giving them plenty of attention during every visit. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you always know how your pup is doing.

“Bridget was great! We appreciated the updates and photos while we were away—they gave us complete confidence that Willow was in excellent hands. Bridget was a prompt and clear communicator, and her attentiveness to our dog’s needs was genuinely appreciated. We would be delighted to work with her again!”

“Sarah and family (humans and dogs) made my pup feel like family! He got to play and cuddle all day long and we got cute pictures throughout the weekend. They were patient with his puppy behavior and their love for dogs is so special! We will happily leave our pup in their care again!”

“I had a great experience with Dana! Communication was excellent throughout the stay. I got regular updates and felt totally at ease knowing Penny was in good hands.

Alex is a great communicator and takes his responsibility of dog care very seriously. Lovely big fenced back yard that provided lot of safe room to run about. We all look forward to booking with Alex again in the near future.”

“Su is the absolute best! We had him care for our 10 year old Husky for 2 weeks and he was so great about updates, walks, food, treats, and play time. We also couldn’t pick him up on the scheduled date and Su was so helpful and flexible to keep him an extra night. We are so grateful and highly recommend Su. We look forward to the future stays!”

“François was absolutely fantastic. He went over our routine with Atlas and took Atlas for multiple long walks - Atlas was in heaven. François kept us up-to-date on their activities together and was easy to communicate with!”

“Casey and Phil were wonderful boarding our dog Millie, giving great photos and updates and always making sure we were comfortable with everything going on at their house. They made sure she got along with the their dog and made sure she was well loved with plenty of attention. We had to last minute extend our trip and they were so gracious to accommodate the extra time. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future trips!”
