Adreine sent me a ton of pics and videos during this week with Rex, and that helped a lot while I was far away! She did everything I’ve asked for, including following the special feeding schedule for my dog, as he has a special diet for now and needs to drink more (she mixed water in his food and literally placed water bowls everywhere). Adreine and her husband played with him a lot and I got back a bit spoiled and very happy pup:). She also has a very quiet neighborhood, with no cars around and perfect for the walks outside. Bentley seemed happy to see us but reluctant to leave when we picked him up! And we got a lot of feedback and pictures during both days of his one-night stay. About: Dogs have been my whole heart for as long as I can remember. I loved my own dog for 15 and a half wonderful years, caring for him through every stage of life until we had to say goodbye last summer. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for just how much love and attention dogs deserve at every age. If your pup ever needs a quiet moment to decompress, I have a separate space for that too. I intentionally keep my guest list small so every dog gets plenty of individual attention. I also know how to read the room to make sure everyone feels comfortable and no one's overwhelmed. Your pup's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. 🌙 For stays longer than five nights, I do require a one-night trial stay beforehand. It gives your pup a chance to get comfortable in my home and helps ensure we're a great fit before a longer vacation.

My mom became paralyzed and I walked and took care of her 2 senior dogs for about 8 years until they passed. I gave them oral medication, cooked their food, walked and groomed them. Then she adopted a puppy and I took care of him as well as trained him. I currently have 2 french bulldogs of my own. One is a hyper little puppy and the other is a calmer 5 year old. I love caring for pets whether they are my own or someone else’s. I currently work part time in home care until 2pm 4 days a week. I am available most afternoons. My schedule changes if a client is in the hospital and does not need care those days which gives me the flexibility to pick up more last minute walks or check ins. “Adreine is perfect! My dog stayed with her for 8 nights, and this was our first ever experience with Rover. And it turned out great! Adreine sent me a ton of pics and videos during this week with Rex, and that helped a lot while I was far away! She did everything I’ve asked for, including following the special feeding schedule for my dog, as he has a special diet for now and needs to drink more (she mixed water in his food and literally placed water bowls everywhere). Adreine and her husband played with him a lot and I got back a bit spoiled and very happy pup:). She also has a very quiet neighborhood, with no cars around and perfect for the walks outside. I would highly recommend Adreine and her family for your doggie’s stay!”

“Someone recently told me that they never met a Peggy who isn’t wonderful, and after leaving our dog with Peggy M. and her family for a long weekend, I completely agree! They were so kind, flexible, sent consistent pictures and updates, and our pup looked genuinely torn to leave their home when we picked her up - so much so that she said goodbye to each family member individually. I cannot recommend Peggy enough - if you are looking for a fun, family environment that will love your dog like their own while you’re away, she is your Rover.”
