If your dog needs a short walk, a cuddle, play time, or a full blown hike I can accommodate any need. I am very reliable and punctual as well. I am a nurse (of people haha) obviously very different but I am comfortable with meds if that is something that is necessary as well. I am willing to learn how they are administered. I started in the pet care industry in high school where I volunteered at Baypath Humane society. That brought on several dog walking and pet sitting/daycare jobs along the years! I took a little break from working under someone for a bit, and now am deciding to pursue my own business and gain some clientele here on Rover first. I will treat your fur babies the way I treat mine! That is so important to me. I also am planning to get Re-certified in pet CPR and Hemlich soon. I have been certified previously. About: I have had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits…I love animals of all kinds. My mom became paralyzed and I walked and took care of her 2 senior dogs for about 8 years until they passed. I gave them oral medication, cooked their food, walked and groomed them. Then she adopted a puppy and I took care of him as well as trained him. I currently have 2 french bulldogs of my own. One is a hyper little puppy and the other is a calmer 5 year old. I love caring for pets whether they are my own or someone else’s. I currently work part time in home care until 2pm 4 days a week. I am available most afternoons. My schedule changes if a client is in the hospital and does not need care those days which gives me the flexibility to pick up more last minute walks or check ins. I have children so I cannot work all weekend but i can be flexible and am open to them. I am open to walking your dogs in your neighborhood or wherever you prefer. I am also open to check ins and feeding dogs or cats. I will do my best to keep your routine with them if that is what you prefer. About: As a child I grew up with two dogs and a cat. I am a true people person as well as an animal lover! I have taken care of family, friends, and neighbors pets while they are away. I have fostered dogs in the past and currently have two cats at home! I am currently working as a registered nurse so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week and weekends.
