About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and I now have two (yes, two) diabetic cats that require a lot of love and attention! I have 3+ plus years of injection (insulin administration) experience. I currently work fully remote in Medfield, Ma and have the flexibility to plan my work days around your pet’s needs with increased availability in the early and late hours. I have used Rover for my own cat sitting needs for many years, so I understand the level of trust placed in a pet sitter - caring for your fur babies and entering your home. I will be respectful of your home and kind with your children!

About: I’ve had two dogs my whole life and I know how to properly take care and watch over dogs. Love going on walks, the more the merrier. In between jobs at the moment so I have all the time during the week to take dogs for walks and take care of them. I have two golden retrievers with an electric fence and love to play. Their safety is the number one priority for me and never want anything to happen to them.

About: My name is Marissa and I am a young, energetic dog lover! I have two wonderful dogs—Corey, a yellow lab, and Lily—who are both my absolute pride and joy. My husband and I own a home in Walpole, and I have my own transportation for convenience. I work remotely with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pup. I also volunteer and foster for Better Together Dog Rescue, so I am well experienced with dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments—including keeping reactive dogs safe and comfortable. I spend a lot of time with my own dogs and would love to make some extra money by helping out families who need a caring, kind, and trustworthy person to watch their fur baby. As a dedicated and knowledgeable dog owner, I understand how stressful it can be to leave your dog behind. I would love the opportunity to give your pup the same love, attention, and peace of mind I’d want for my own. I work from home with a flexible career so I am fortunate to have the time and ability to add dog sitting and walking to my routine. I am a foster mom for fur babies they works for a non-profit dog rescue. I have experience feeding and rescuing street dogs from Houston Texas so I am extremely comfortable working with unfamiliar and possibly anxious dogs

About: I am a full-time working mom with 2 kids, 3 cats and 1 dog. I have years of experience walking, dog/cat sitting for friends, neighbors, family. I couldn't have a dog as a kid b/c we lived in an apartment so the first chance I was able to get my own dog, my husband and I adopted Buttons in 2009 when she was 4 months old and then Marty in 2013 at 10 weeks old. We also have 3 cats, Buttercup, Sox and Murray. We lost our 2 senior cats, Bruschi in 2024 and Seymour in 2019 at 18 and 12 yrs old. My soul dog, Buttons just passed away in March at 15 yrs old and for the last 9 months I administered daily subcutaneous fluids as well as supplements, probiotics, antibiotics on a daily basis to help support her kidney disease. I built her a wheelchair because she had arthritis but loved to walk and turned my old stroller into a dog stroller for her during her last days. I have another senior dog, Marty who is 12 and although doesn't take daily medication is a very anxious guy so learning to adapt and make his life amazing has been a learning curve since Buttons was such a laid back girl. I feel that dogs and cats and animals in general are an important part of your life, they teach us things that humans cannot and I feel that in my soul. I would be humbled to take care of your pets so that you do not have to worry at all. I work from home and typically can get away during a lunch break. I have the summers off and am pretty available during the weekdays. I have a fenced yard, I have experience walking an aggressive, anxious dog as well as a senior dog who needs to go slow and at her own pace. I have cats and am very conscious, even a bit paranoid at times of doors being left open or the window screens not being secure so I am always double checking those things.

About: Hello! My name is Sara Petrie! Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always loved being around animals of all kinds. I grew up with many different pets but I’ve always felt the strongest connection with our dogs. My childhood dog Maya, who is 17 this year, is a rescue mutt from Tennessee. She’s been my best friend for years and is the reason why I believe in fighting for animal rights and giving all animals the best home/life possible. I have been working with animals since I was about 13 years old. I was in a 4-h program where under supervision I began learning to care for chickens, sheep, bunnies, goats, mini horses and even cows! When I was 16 I got my first job at a doggie day care and I loved being with the dogs and making sure they play safely. From then on I followed my passion for animals to a few different jobs, I was a ACA(animal care attendant) at Tufts vets in Walpole, I also cared for the working hounds at the Norfolk hunt club in Dover! Working with animals in these different environments/situations has given me the opportunity to build up my knowledge on their behavior/health and first aid as well. I treat every animal as if they were my own, with love, respect and kindness. My goal is to provide safe care for your furry friends when ever you may need a helping hand! My services include walks/hiking adventures/check ins/overnights and more! I hope you consider me for your pets next adventure buddy! I currently work part time, walking dogs and doing overnights for close friends and family but my schedule is very flexible! I have availability almost every day during the week! I typically prefer to provide overnight care in the clients home only because I have come to notice over the years of providing overnight care, that the pet often feels more comfortable in their own home. I do, however, provide boarding in my home, but I only take on one pet at a time. I do this to make sure that your pet is getting all of the attention that they need while you are away. This includes walks around the neighborhood, adventures to a nearby field or wooded trail, feeding any meals that they need throughout the day , keeping them clean , providing ample potty breaks, and of course, lots of snuggles!

About: Always been a passionate animal lover, but Dogs have always made me happiest! Whether your pup needs a quick stroll or long adventure, I can ensure both of us will have a great time together. My goal is to ensure they get the care, exercise and attention they deserve, because nothing makes me happier than seeing a happy pup! I currently have a full time job in healthcare and like to spend my free time staying active outside checking out new walking paths and trails, why not do it with your furry friend! Your pets safety is my upmost importance and I will adhere to any safety guidelines you have implemented in your home. I have no problem administering any medications your pup may require.

“Emma-Claire was an excellent dog walker, she was very responsive from the start, responsible, followed all my direction on how to get access to the house, put the harness on and kept our two doggies happy and safe. She sent us photos of the walk, we felt that they were in good hands. Will definitely recommend her to others and plan on using her again.”

About: I am a longtime animal lover and have had a dog and been around them since I was 4 years old. I have dog sat/walked and taken care of pets for years. I volunteered in two animal shelters in the past year talking extensive care of puppies, dogs, and cats from September to March. I am so happy to get to know your dog and help care for them however you need! I will be spending half my summer in Holliston, MA, and half in Summerville SC. I will be working through Rover in both states for the next four months. My services include dog walking, dog care, and overnight care. I am happy to care for any other pets as well! I will be available at any time to come walk and feed, or just hangout with your pets, and can stay overnight at your house to care for them as well.

About: I am a dog lover. I have never been without a dog, large and small. Currently I have a Boston Terrier who unfortunately does not have much more time on this earth. I do not plan on getting another dog at this time but thought it would be wonderful to watch other dogs. Recently I went on an overseas vacation and had a difficult time finding care for my dog for 2 weeks, so I understand the importance of finding a reliable sitter so that you can enjoy your vacations. I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a runner and a 12/12 fence in coral. I work from home and am able to take frequent breaks to let the dogs out to do their business and play. I work from home and have frequent breaks to let the dogs out. I am also a walker and would love the company of a dog to go on walks. If a dog does not do well on a walk but you would like him/her to still go on a walk, then I have a dog stroller for that. I have a 50-foot runner for the dogs and also a 12x12 fenced in coral. I know how important the safety of your dog is and I will treat your dog as my own. I understand the importance of finding a sitter for your dog that will feel like home and I can provide that. I live alone and find the company of dogs comforting.

About: Hi, I'm Leland. 😊 For as long as I can remember I've always loved animals of all shapes and sizes, and they've always taken to me very quickly and easily. We usually form an instant bond. I've always dreamed of working with animals and very seriously considered being a veterinarian, vet tech, groomer, and walker. I am also FEAR Free certified (for more details please Google FEAR free pets), so I've had educational training on how to care for pets. That being said, I'm so excited to be able to finally live out my dream of working in animal care through Rover. Throughout my childhood and into early adulthood my family and I had four amazing dogs, which I helped take care of daily including walkings, training, feedings, cleaning, etc. and I currently have two adorable kitties, Hunter and Forest, who I take care of everyday and treat as if they are my own children. It's also an absolute pleasure of mine to walk my friends' dogs whenever they might need help and/or do stop-ins to feed, play with, and clean the little boxes of my friends and neighbors cats. One of favorite things to do with my daughter is take a "dog walk" where we hope to meet and befriend any dog we might encounter along with their owner(s). It's such a nice bonding experience for us as we absolutely love meeting and petting dogs and striking up conversation with fellow dog lovers. I so look forward to meeting you and your fur baby and caring for him or her as I do my own boys! I'm currently working part-time and have a flexible schedule, so I'm pretty much available most days of the week, including weekends, to care for your pet. I am a very responsible, caring, and tender person and I am also very clean and meticulous, so I will always ensure that your pet and home are taken care of properly and completely while providing careful attention, and of course showing nothing but affection to your beloved pet. Every animal I ever meet or take care of I treat as if it's my own fur baby.

2. Ashley V.
“Ashley is incredible with pets. We had a cat for most of her childhood. She loved that cat and spoiled him rotten. She was always playing with him, carrying him around like a baby and cuddling up with him. Our next pet was a bulldog. When Ashley went away to college, she would actually call to talk to the dog. Whenever she came home, we had to let the dog out to greet her because the dog would get so excited to see Ashley she would pee! When she got married, she got 2 cats in the bargain. Even though those cats technically belong to her husband, they're HER cats. They both have health issues including insulin-dependent diabetes and Ashley takes care of them like they're her children. I can't imagine anyone would take better care of someone's pet than Ashley. Her love for animals knows no bounds.”

8. Marissa D.
“Marissa is a very responsible and trustworthy dog owner and caretaker. As a former roommate of hers, I watched her completely transform her rescue from a timid, anxious dog into a calm, loving, and playful best friend. If I needed someone to take care of my dog she would undoubtedly be my first call, and she should be yours, too!”

Growing up with her and seeing her love and natural connection with animals, I am confident in saying she is not only compassionate but also responsible in caring for pets of any kind. Melissa has always had a deep connection with animals and it shows in the way she cares for them. Whether it’s providing basic care, like walks or feeding, or more extensive care, like administering medication or even IV fluids; which she has years of experience with; she ensures that each animal feels safe and loved. She is always patient and understanding of each animals unique needs and mindful of routines, such as administering medication at certain times or things like specific dietary needs. She truly loves animals and will go above and beyond to make sure yours feels loved, safe, happy and well cared for in your absence.”

12. Sara P.
“⸻ As a pet care professional myself, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your fur babies in someone else’s hands. That’s why I wholeheartedly recommend Sara—she’s the one person I trust most to care for my dog, Rocco. He’s high-maintenance and requires someone with a deep understanding of dog behavior and safety, and Sara exceeds all expectations. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring, trustworthy, and compassionate. Sara goes above and beyond to ensure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for.”
