About: I’ve had family pups for the past 30 years. Each one deeply loved and cared for as one of my children. I have also taken care of friends and family’s pets over the years. I am a registered nurse, looking to fill my free time this summer with pet sitting. I am available any day of the week, for all day sitting, overnights, or just daily walks. I have 2 senior dogs, so I do not offer pet sitting in my home, but will be happy to stay at your home to care for your pets. I will walk your pups at least twice a day, and keep them company in your absence if desired.

“Emily is wonderful! She just spent a weekend taking care of our two dogs and when we came home, everyone was happy and our house was neat. She even offered to brush our furry dogs! We got plenty of updates and knew they were in good hands. We will definitely book her again!”

“Trevor is Amazing!!! He didn't have any reviews so I was a little nervous, then I met him. I can honestly say I love this kid! He is responsible, honest, caring to humans, animals, plants, grass. My dogs absolutely LOVE Trevor! They both loved him as soon as they met at our meet and greet. They don't necessarily love everybody. Let me explain the type and temperament of my dogs. Cooper- 78 lb Catahoula Leopard Dog/Boxer. Suffers from occasional Focal Seizures & PTSD. The PTSD, is due to being attacked by our other dog, Zoey. Unfortunately, it took time before we knew just how unstable Zoey was. Zoey is a Rottweiler, Boxer, Chow,& Terrier. (Breeds that should never be together). They were both rescued from going to the pound. In order to train them properly, I had their DNA done years ago. Zoey takes a Benzo which is also for humans. I had to make sure, the person I hired would give Zoey her Meds & not use or sell them. There were enough for the week + a few extra. It would be very easy for me to tell if Zoey had not been getting her medication. She received her pills everyday & the extra pills in the bottle were still there. Zoey is given these meds to balance her temperament. She can be protective of me or someone she loves. Zoey can be VERY Aggressive toward Cooper. I explained everything to Trevor, he listened, and took direction on how to separate Zoey from Cooper if this were to happen. We went through a scenario and while this has scared other dog sitters away, he was calm & confident. I made sure Zoey allowed Trevor to take a bowl of food away from her. She allowed him to without a second glance. I had asked Trevor to do a few extra things that were not on the Rover site. He took care of everything. My house, garden, & Trevor's Room & BR looked PERFECT when we got home. He even stripped the bed!!! He emptied the refrigerator of anything that was his, & ran the dishwasher. I forgot to cancel the mail. He brought our mailing and took the garbage out and to the curb on garbage day. Did I mention how much I love this kid? We wanted somebody to spend the nights. More if possible. He brought me his school schedule to look at and lived in our home! It's hard to find somebody who you can really trust & who's willing to live in your home. We also have a cat Ava. With the type of litter box she has, it has to be emptied every other day. I know he had to have done this or else Ava would not have been happy. Ava would have gone pee in the house or on something of Trevor's. Either way, we would have smelt it. Ava is a very sociable cat but will generally stay out of sight when we are gone. He used catnip and one of her toys. She let him pet her & even got a picture of her walking in the house! He sent pictures of everybody each time I asked. If I texted him and he wasn't at our home, he let me know that. We do have a CPI system so I could check if the alarms were being set and when they were being turned off. I only bothered to check it when he first got to the house and when he left the day we were coming home. My phone actually broke during our vacation so I couldn't check it. However, was honestly not even worried about it because Trevor is so honest and trustworthy. He respected our family (four-legged members included), & home. I honestly cannot say enough about how he was such a blessing to find. I asked Trevor to come by the next day to drop the key off and for my husband to meet him. My husband does not trust others easily. However he too was impressed with how our pets looked and behaved towards us when we returned, the house, and his "precious grass". After meeting Trevor he understood how I could have such trust and faith in him. When he came over, best Cooper and Zoey were very excited to see him. Zoey even showed protection of him. Trevor handled that well and made sure Cooper was also getting attention so Zoey would not be allowed to think Trevor was hers. If those boundaries had not been established while we were gone, Cooper would not have been able to get close to Trevor while Zoey was there. We would recommend Trevor 110%! Thank you again Trevor! I'm sorry this took so long to post. Feel free to use me as a reference & you have permission to give my phone # out if they would like to speak to me.”

“Sarah was awesome pet sitting while we were away on vacay. She was great with our dog giving her lots of walks and love and she sent us pics everyday to make us smile. She also took care of a few cats at the same time, she left our house very clean and tidy too. Overall Sarah was awesome and we definitely plan to book her again!”

About: When I was 12, I put a PowerPoint presentation together to convince my parents I needed a dog - and for that I still have my childhood dog Biscuit, who is now 18! We have watched our friends' goldendoodle puppy at 3 months (the energy!), 4 year old golden retriever for a month (more energy!), and 2 year old Beagle - one time all at once. From any age and size, my husband and I are huge dog lovers. We recently moved to the area and both work from home so we have all the time to give the love and care your pets need! We are accustomed to all dog needs from medications, walks, or mental stimulation! We have a large sun-facing fenced in yard. No steps required for your pups creating a safer environment. We take our dog out almost every hour and tend to keep our back door open so the dogs can go in and out as they please. I work right next to the door to keep an eye on them. For our dog Biscuit we are feeding her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I make her a custom meal that fits her diet - sweet potatoes, blueberries, and ground chicken. She also requires 3 pills a day. My husband and I understand dog care and how important it is to follow the owners instructions - you know your dog best from energy levels, stomach concerns, or potty routines! We often take breaks from work with our dog to hold her and give her the love she wants.

“Hannah was awesome.”

“Grace is absolutely amazing and we will recommend her to everyone that needs a compassionate, dedicated, animal loving person to take care of their fur babies! This was our first time having someone stay at our home to house sit and watch our dog and 2 kitties and we were a little nervous... but Grace came in and from the first moment we knew she would take great care of everything! She has far exceeded our expectations and she is our person from now on!”

“Amanda was great! She cared for Bodie Bear like he was her own. I loved the pictures. Bodie does take medication and she was able to give it to him no problem. I would highly recommend Amanda! Thank you!”

“Jess was great! Very communicative and professional.”

“Allie was great with our very lazy Frenchie! He has some health problems which she was very attentive to. Would definitely rebook with her in the future!”

13. Kimberly & Dylan C.
“Kimberly is someone I trust wholeheartedly with my dog. I’ve witnessed her masterfully handle varying needs of different dogs in her care at the same, ranging from my active goldendoodle puppy to her senior cockapoo, and a four-year-old golden retriever – all of whom had different eating schedules, walking/bathroom schedules, sleep schedules, etc. Kimmy puts animals’ needs first because she truly has a heart for them. With regard to my dog in particular, she reinforces his training and routines so when he returns home he is not disoriented nor has regressed. My pup always leaves her place happy and tired, and he’s always excited to return to her place!”
