About: An animal lover since childhood, I’ve had cats & dogs. Currently have a 10 yo Norwich Terrier. And Victor grew up on a dairy farm. So we’re both animal lovers. I work from home and have a fenced yard so there are frequent bio breaks and squirrel sightings to keep your dog busy. We also take walks in the Riverland Terrace neighborhood where we live. Our Norwich Terrier, Duke, loves other dogs. Since I work from home, Duke tends to sleep next to my desk. Your dog can too. We take several outdoor breaks for either bathroom, getting sunshine, rolling in the grass or barking at squirrels.

I was fostering puppies from the Colleton County shelter before I joined Rover, and I can assure you after rehabbing, training and finding those puppies their forever homes; your animals will be a walk in the park! Personally, I have two dogs 9 & 5 and one kitty. My older pup had a back injury when she was 2, so I’ve dealt with all types of special care for pups who need a bit of assistance as well as administering medications, etc. My animals are my children and I would take care of someone else’s babies as my own! 🐾 I work from home and the pups always have access to go outside to the fenced in backyard! I focus on long walks or adventures in the evenings that get my pups worn out leading into the following day while I’m at working. Over the last 16 years, I’ve cherished every moment of raising my own dogs and sharing that same love and care with every animal I meet. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little kid and have always loved playing with them, walking them, and just loving on them! I’ve got a 3 year old corgi named Gus of my own and he loves to play and go on walks with other dogs. I’m a nurse at MUSC and my schedule differs every week, but I can be flexible when able! I walk my dog multiple times a day and we play in the dog park at my apartment as well as on the beach. They can play together or I can keep my dog completely separate from your pup! My apartment is very dog friendly and there is a big dog park in my complex for them to play. There’s also a smaller fenced in park in case they’re not very social. I’ve also got plenty of safe space around me for long walks with your pup!

About: I’m a registered nurse with a lifelong love for dogs, which means safety, reliability, and attention to detail are always my top priorities. I had my own dog for 14 years, so I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medications, recognizing changes in behavior or health, and providing extra patience and comfort. Having moved here from Philly, I truly miss having a dog of my own, so I treat every pet I care for like family. I carefully follow all routines and instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medications, leash preferences, and house rules. In a client’s home, I respect your space and keep your pet’s environment clean, calm, and familiar. In my home, pets are supervised, never left unattended for long periods, and kept in a secure, comfortable setting. I use leashes at all times outdoors unless otherwise instructed and avoid dog parks unless explicitly approved. I prioritize clear communication and will provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness always come first.

My dog can be a bit energetic (understatement…) upon meeting new people, but Alyssa stayed super calm while my dog ran in circles around her house until she finally wore herself out. Alyssa was kind and gracious and sent lots of pictures and loved on my crazy pup like she was her own! I truly cannot recommend her enough!”

About: Kind, caring, gentle. High energy and I like nothing more than going for a good long walk. I enjoy getting to the beach. love being around dogs. I love to play and very open to cuddles. Just recently retired (young) so I have a lot of new found time on my hands. Flexible schedule for the most part. Weekends are also ok for my schedule. Have permits for Sullivan's ansld go there almost daily. I am very outdoorsy. I enjoy going for long walks but equally as happy staying in. I have a fenced in yard. I am firm but playful. In control and physically able to handle big dogs. I respect owners wishes and follow instructions to the letter
