About: Hello! My given name is Rachel but I go by Gerome. I’d love to come help out with your pets- whether it’s sitting overnight, stopping by for visits, or taking them for walks. I’ve been enjoying pet sitting often for the past many years, through various platforms and by word of mouth. I grew up with beloved cat, dog and rat pets. I’m a plant person as well, so can happily tend to yours while you’re away. I can arrange my day around the regular schedule, needs and preferences of your pets, and give them plenty of company. About: I have always been exposed to dogs, growing up in a house with several, which has taught me how to interact with them and speak their language. After adopting my own herding dog at 8 weeks I have taken several positive reinforcement training classes, read multiple books from different perspectives, and have been training dogs for the past 4 years using the methods I have learned. It is important to me to monitor a dogs behavior and body language in relation to other dogs and I am skilled at managing groups of dogs or problem dogs so that everyone has healthy positive interactions. Currently I'm dog sitting full time as I transition to a new place of employment so I'm able to give your loved ones full attention! I have a gated driveway with a fenced in backyard, also have a clean dog friendly minimalist house with room to play indoors, my priority would be making your pup happy and comfortable.

About: I offer a multitude of services ranging from simple dog walking and dog and kitty play dates, to overnight stays for those pups who need some company while their parents are away. I will feed your animals on the schedule that you provide me, walk them however often they need, bathe them, and give them lots of love and pets of course! Even the most wild and excited pets I am willing to work with no matter how tough it may be, I am always up to the challenge when it comes to these furry critters. Just let me know what special needs your pets have, and I will accommodate for them. I love working with animals so no animal is too wild for me. I have recently arrived to New Orleans to study music. I don’t have a full time job, just little gigs here and there, so I have plenty of availability and flexibility in my schedule. I can organize my schedule around your pets’ needs I cannot care for pets in my home at the moment, but I am very respectful of the space when caring for pets in the owner’s home. I can crate the animal if needed, but I am also happy to sleep with them if that makes them more comfortable. I have a pretty regular sleep schedule and I wake up pretty early every morning so I’m here for the morning walks or feeding that some pets may need. I have lots of crafts and readings to keep myself busy so I have no problem staying at a client’s home for extended periods if that makes their pet more comfortable
