I recently left my 9-5 and plan to start earning my Master's in January 2026, so in the meantime my schedule is wide open. My only restriction is I can't start before 8am as I have to get my toddler to daycare.

If your dog is nervous in any way with new people, I would prefer to meet them with you there to give them time to get used to me.
A typical day
I'll always make sure they have plenty of time to "do their business". Otherwise, it's whatever your dog wants! Are they a sniffer? Cool, we can go slow. Do they have overflowing energy? We can hit up the dog park for some extra running space. Do they love making friends? We'll say "hi" to everybody we see. Not a fan? We can cross the street and keep it moving!

Hello! I'm so excited to meet your furry family members and walk and play with them! I worked as an account manager in tech for about 15 years and have recently left that career to go back to school to become a therapist. While I do that, I've decided to lean into my love for dogs and start walking/pet sitting for additional income. I was on Rover several years ago mostly dog sitting, and it was the best! But now that I have a toddler running my household, walking dogs outside is a better fit for me these days. For the last 7 years, my partner has also been a full-time dog walker, and I've been his backup the whole time. Now, we're officially making it a family business as I've started taking on clients of my own again! Over nearly a decade of dog sitting and backup walking, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I’m completely comfortable handling special medical needs and unique temperaments, and the NOLA heat doesn't scare me one bit. Let me take your dog out and I'll do all the sweating so you don't have to!

I highly recommend Ginny.Ginny is awesome!!!!! Petunia my stubborn little Shih Tzu hates everybody, but when Ginny comes in to walk her, she goes up to her immediately and rubs on Ginny like a cat❤️🐶 Ginny is very nice, consistent and on time very reliable and most importantly Petunia loves her!
