“Amanda is wonderful with my two dogs. She is super conscientious and creatively manages their differing needs; one is small and elderly and one is large, young, and dog reactive. I so appreciate Amanda!”

2. Sherryann S.

“Sherryann is excellent! She is very detailed in her report cards, friendly and understanding with my pup, and responsive to questions / communications. I highly recommend her!”

5. Cindy O.
“Cindy is an excellent dog sitter. Over the last ten years, she has cared for our dog, Lindsey. Either for a short weekend, or for an extended vacation my husband and went on. We had no worries knowing he was in good hands. Cindy lives alone and has no pets of her own because she does go out of town occasionally. She has a doggy door in her kitchen which allows Lindsey to go to her huge fenced-in back yard carpeted with St. Augustine grass. Cindy is trustworthy and reliable. Dogs don't lie, and if they like you, you know it. Cindy loves my Lindsey, and he loves her too. If Cindy is available, you would be blessed for her to care for your dog.”

6. Rachel "Gerome" U.
“Gerome (and her partner Alse) did a wonderful job taking care of my two kitties. Kind, communicative, and thoughtful care was given. Got plenty of photo updates and general updates. I’ve had many cat sitters and she went above and beyond in making sure both of my pals were loved. Highly recommend.”

7. Marion F.
“Marion is a long time friend and I can confirm A) she’s a real person! and B) she’ll take good care of your critters of any persuasion. Marion is the responsible friend you can trust to take care of your pets, check on your house, etc. She’s watched my cat countless times, she’s the only other person my shy dog ever let scritch her ears, and she’ll probably take the best picture of your pet you’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for someone for regular or occasional pet sitting or walking, she’s your gal.”

8. Michelle G.

“Michelle has always been prompt and thorough. She is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to accommodate your and your pet’s needs. I would recommend her to anyone.”

9. Migle M.

“Migle is awesome!! Huck immediately loved her from their first meeting. Sent photos of huck before, during, and after the walk which was very much appreciated. Will be booking again!”

10. Skyler M.

“Skyler is fantastic and I have no reservations about recommending her.. She was reliable, communicative, and my dog was so HAPPY -- both in the photos she sent as well as when I arrived home. .”

About: my years of hands-on experience working in doggy daycares since 2019. I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs, from playful pups to more aggressive breeds, and I understand their unique needs. I also own a micro bully, so I’m familiar with both cute and tough breeds. I have basic training experience and use positive reinforcement techniques to help dogs with obedience and behavior. I pride myself on being calm under pressure and offering personalized care, whether it’s for high-energy pups or senior dogs who need extra attention. My ability to connect with dogs of all personalities ensures they’re not just cared for, but truly understood and loved. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. Since I’ve worked at doggy daycares and have my own micro bully, taking care of pets comes naturally to me. I make sure to set aside time each day to interact with the dogs, whether it’s through play, walks, or training. My experience with various breeds—especially those with different energy levels—helps me create a schedule that caters to each pet’s individual needs. Whether I’m providing exercise, mental stimulation, or just a calm environment, I ensure each pet gets the attention they deserve. My flexible schedule allows me to work with pets on a daily or weekly basis, so I’m always available to care for your dog at times that fit your needs. When caring for pets in my home or yours, I create a safe and comfortable environment tailored to each pet’s needs. At my home, dogs enjoy a secure space with outdoor time, exercise, and plenty of attention. I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, bathroom breaks, and naps. If I’m in your home, I respect your routine and provide updates to keep you informed. I’m comfortable with senior care, medication, and basic training, ensuring your pet feels loved and safe, wherever they are.

12. Loren K.

“Loren was the best! It’s nice to know you can count on someone, and I can count on Loren! You can tell she loves animals also. Very responsive, followed all directions, went above and beyond. I will use her again!!”

13. Leslie T.
About: I come from a family of pet lovers. We’ve had everything from hamsters to guinea pigs to chihuahuas and even a German shepherd, (I forgot the birds!) I love all animals. Recently, I’ve been pet sitting on the side of my nursing job. It makes me so happy to see a happy animal full of all the love they have! I’m currently traveling back and forth from New Orleans to San Francisco for work. I’m hoping to help people that need pet care like I do. I am open to how each client cares for their pets. I don’t crate my dog, but he can crate trained. I know feeding schedules can vary. No pet is alike. They all have a unique reason why we love them!

14. Evlin L.

“Evlin helped me last minute and was very flexible, accommodating, and took great care of my pup. She went out of her way to take good care of her. Usually my pup takes a while to warm up to strangers, but she bonded with her right away! Don't hesitate to book with her!”

15. Sarah B.

“Sarah is so sweet and cheerful, and my dog loved her! She was punctual and took lots of cute pics of my pup on their walking adventures. Highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future!”

16. Leora G.
“Leora is a wonderful dog sitter! So lovely and responsible. She’ll be great with any type of dog and is one of the biggest dog lovers.”

17. Julia B.

“I recently hired Julia to walk and feed my large dog Bear while I was out of town for work. I had been turned down by another dog sitter due to his size. She did an excellent job and my house was even clean when I got home. Bear can be quite messy. My hedgehog Oscar was watched over as well by Julia. Seems she just has a way with all animals. Very pleased overall! Willow L.”

18. Ryan & Joseph H.
About: My husband and I love dogs! We adored our large hound dog, Emmylou, for 13 years. She recently passed away and we were heartbroken. Caring for her from the time she was a puppy and then into old age was an enormous gift and learning process. We were able to watch her energy change as she aged, and felt very comfortable taking care of her senior needs as she developed more health issues with time. Emmylou loved long walks up until the end, which is something I truly miss doing with her and long to do with other dogs. We recently fostered a dog for several weeks that had a lot of puppy energy and was around 23 lbs. She loved long walks and playing in our yard and in several parks in our neighborhood. Whatever specific needs your dog might have, I am up to the task of caring for them! My husband and I currently work from home, and one of us is always at home during the day. We often go to the gym in the evening. Usually the longest we’re gone for is about 2.5 hours. We’d love to bring your dog along with us on any local adventures we might do, if it’s something you’d be comfortable with. We have a good size fenced back yard in the Bywater near the Marigny. Getting into and out of the house is relatively easy. The entry way to our home has 4 steps and so does the deck entry to the backyard. We mostly work from home. We also live in a very walkable neighborhood. I’ll take your pup on 2 walks a day if they like. We have a fenced in yard. I also have a crate if your pup needs one. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. We just don’t let them on the bed.

19. Chel B.

“Chel was wonderful!”

20. Leanne S.
“Leanne is an absolutely amazing pet parent! She is a human companion to pups, cats and birds and extends boundless adoration to them all. For years, I have witnessed her play with, nourish and care for her pets in a way matched only by the most compassionate animal lovers. She would be amazing with your pet, guaranteed!”
