“I'm just so pleased with Dalia after my dogs' first stay with her! They're generally very anxious with new people. Dalia said that has typically not been an issue for her and turns out she was right! They seemed to really love her and warmed up quickly. She sent loads of video and photo updates and let me know how they were adjusting, which was WELL! She played ball with them and gave them time go romp in her large backyard but also walked them daily. She even sent a photo of them cuddling with her daughter on the sofa. Their stay with her was fairly short but I'm so impressed with how quickly they settled with her and how she invited them in as part of her family for the time she had them. They hate being alone and I don't think they had a moment unattended in the 5 days they spent with Lindsey. Her dog Lola sealed the deal for the pugs as they love other dogs and feel like it's a party if other furry beings are around. Guests are welcome throughout the home and can enjoy cozy dog beds, the couch, enrichment toys, tunnels, brush outs, a kiddie pool, a fully fenced yard, and plenty of photo updates during their stay. Dogs are welcome to sleep in bed with me if that’s what they’re used to, or they can be kenneled if that’s their normal routine. Because I have two friendly resident dogs, all boarding and daycare guests must be comfortable around dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and genders. Playgroups are carefully matched based on temperament, play style, size, and energy level. My home is generally best suited for low to medium energy dogs, and I especially love caring for senior pets and laid back personalities. High energy dogs are welcomed on a case by case basis. I completely understand that occasional accidents happen, especially during transitions or with puppies learning routines. However, frequent accidents or ongoing indoor marking may not be the best fit for my home. • Puppies are welcome, but I ask that owners are completely transparent about their current potty training progress and care needs. • Please disclose any bite history, behavioral concerns, previous daycare dismissals, reactivity, resource guarding, destructive habits, separation anxiety, escaping crates, counter surfing, digging, chewing, or other behaviors that may affect their stay. • Dogs displaying normal stress behaviors such as growling, air snaps, baring teeth, or setting boundaries while uncomfortable are not automatically disqualified. However, true aggression toward people or other animals is not accepted. I maintain a zero tolerance policy for aggression within my home. Transparency allows me to safely manage personalities, prevent conflicts, and create the best experience for everyone. Please also let me know whether your dog is kennel trained, whether they need to be crated when left alone, and if they relax well in a kennel or become stressed while confined. Depending on each dog’s behavior and routine, many guests are able to enjoy supervised free roam privileges. Since Rover does not cover damage inside a sitter’s personal home, owners are responsible for any damages caused during a stay. Repair or replacement costs may apply, with a minimum charge of $100 if damage occurs. While my home environment is intentionally structured and carefully managed, I am also comfortable taking on more complex behavioral or medical cases within a client’s home. My one dog was nervous and hid before the first walk. Cody spent 30 min gently coaxing her out. After the first walk, all 3 of my animals were comfortable and happy. About: I’ve been a pet person since birth. My mom was a pet nurturer at home and for work. We had everything from horses, dogs, cats, ferrets & parrots. In my adult years I’ve had three huskies of my own and four cats. Having huskies is a real treat although sometimes a hard one! I’m comfortable with long walks and big dogs. Willing to help with any kind of furry or feathery pet ya got! I’m currently figuring out my next steps in life, taking my time and being thoughtful !
