About: I’ve been a pet person since birth. My mom was a pet nurturer at home and for work. We had everything from horses, dogs, cats, ferrets & parrots. In my adult years I’ve had three huskies of my own and four cats. Having huskies is a real treat although sometimes a hard one! I’m comfortable with long walks and big dogs. Willing to help with any kind of furry or feathery pet ya got! I’m currently figuring out my next steps in life, taking my time and being thoughtful ! So currently I have nothing but time and energy to give. I live in Bay View and have a fenced in yard. I also have a spare bedroom for any pets that would need some alone time. I have no dogs currently but two cats, one who would want to be friends with any cat, dog or person I bring into the home and the other likes her alone time.

She does well with my big rottweiler mix clementine who is quirky as well as my Chihuahua Enyo who has very refined tastes in humans. Marisa has cared for my dogs for long and short stays (times when I was out of the country for months) and has cared for my older lady as she was on a complicated daily medicine regiment with no issues. I currently work full time as a pet sitter in addition to small freelance work so my schedule is flexible. On weekdays I will be gone for short periods of time but can be back every couple hours. About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was 6 years old. I currently have 3 dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla in my family that I care for. I absolutely adore all animals. I work for a nature institute and have a lot of experience meeting the needs of and caring for a variety of animals. I can care for dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, and birds. I work full time, Monday through Friday. I am available for drop in visits and day care after 5:30 on weekdays. I am available most weekends at any time. I have 2 housemates that love dogs and cats. Your pet will be given a lot of love and attention from us. We have a small backyard but a good walk around the neighborhood will always be given!
