“TJ took such wonderful care of our cats! We got videos from the visits as well as photos of their routines. One of our cats took to TJ instantly and loved all of the attention he gave her. Definitely booking these two again - thank you!!!”

“Maura took GREAT care of our senior kitty. Our 16 year old cat is blind and has kitty dementia. Maura took such great care of him we came home to a calm boy and no messes. Highly recommend!”

“Karen is literally THE best. I can’t brag enough about her. I’ve used her consistently every week for the last 4-5 months. She loves your dogs like they’re her own. She’s always on time. Very reliable. Very respectful. Sends you picture updates after every visit. I couldn’t ask for better!”

“First time using Rover and Ann. She was great, sent pics and answered all my questions and texts when I was worried. I will for sure use her again. Thanks bunches for taking care of my babies.”

“Every pet owner dreads leaving their fur babies when they’re away, but Casie really eased the anxiety for me and took great care of them and sent detailed care notes along with fantastic photos. She treated my cats like her own, and actually relaxed on my vacation knowing they’re well taken care of. Thank you!”
“Emily is punctual, energetic and cares so much about animals. My dog loved her right away and was excited to see her every drop-in visit. Emily even got a skiddish kitty who usually hides from everyone to trust her and eat treats out of her hand. I'm very pleased with how well it went.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been more than a hobby—it’s a passion. From dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, and hamsters, I’ve spent years learning how to understand, respect, and care for animals of all personalities and needs. For over 20 years, I’ve worked professionally in animal training, specializing in behavior, communication, and biomechanics. My career has taught me how to read body language, build trust, encourage positive behavior, and handle situations calmly and confidently. I believe every animal deserves to be understood as an individual, and I always tailor my approach to their unique personality. My passion for animals also led me to study veterinary medicine. Although I ultimately chose a different career path because I realized I wasn’t emotionally prepared to witness animals suffering every day, the education gave me a strong foundation in animal health, welfare, and behavior that I carry with me in every interaction. Today, I work in the airline industry and travel regularly, so I understand firsthand how important it is to know your pets are safe while you’re away. I also know how expensive pet care can be, which is why I aim to provide reliable, high-quality care at a fair price. Although I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet care. For years, I’ve looked after friends’ and family’s pets during holidays, work trips, and emergencies—whether that meant overnight stays, walks, drop-in visits, feeding, administering basic care, or simply keeping them company. My approach is built on structure, kindness, and fun. I respect each pet’s natural instincts and personality while maintaining positive boundaries and routines. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, senior, or simply needs a little extra patience, I’ll adapt my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Safety is always my highest priority. I’m attentive during walks and outdoor adventures, keeping an eye on environmental hazards such as the high snake activity in our area, unfamiliar animals, and anything else that could put your pet at risk. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your beloved companion in someone else’s care. I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, respect, affection, and genuine attention to their wellbeing. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in caring hands. When I’m on the ground, I work a regular 9-to-5 schedule, which allows me to provide pet care before and after work, as well as on evenings and weekends. I’m also happy to discuss special arrangements when needed and will always be upfront about my availability. I understand that every pet has different needs and routines. When caring for friends’ pets, I always follow the owner’s preferences, whether that means short walks, longer adventures, scheduled feeding times, play sessions, or simply keeping them company and safe. My goal is to maintain as much consistency as possible so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I live in an apartment with a safe balcony, which is why I stated that I only accept small to medium-sized pets at my place. Pets staying with me are welcome to relax and be themselves in a calm, loving environment. They can socialize with my two friendly and well-behaved dogs, or I can keep them separated if that better suits their personality, routine, or your preferences. I’m happy to accommodate crate training if your pet uses a crate, and I carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding routines, feeding, exercise, or supervision. Pets may stay comfortably at home while I’m at work, provided they are house-trained and comfortable being left alone for reasonable periods. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, structured environment where pets feel secure, respected, and well cared for.
“Ashley did an amazing job caring for my two dogs during several drop-in visits over the weekend! She was incredibly communicative, friendly, and provided detailed updates with each visit, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear my dogs were well cared for and received plenty of attention. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter, and I will absolutely be using her again in the future!”

“Katelyn was great! Super responsive and easy to coordinate with. Her experience with animals and current role as a Vet Tech made us feel much more at ease leaving our young puppies at home for the weekend.”

“Not only was Sarah a lifesaver when it came to being available last minute, but she was so kind and was amazing to Winnie. Winnie loved his time with her and he can’t wait to see her again in the future. I highly recommend Sarah for all your furbaby needs.”

“Ashley was amazing. My super timid cat liked her immediately! She was polite, responsible, reliable, and very accommodating. She took so many great photos of my cats and sent detailed updates after each visit. Will book her again for sure!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Euless
So thankful to Stacey and TJ for taking care of my baby. First time doing rover and never going back to boarding. Stacey and TJ kept me up to date with everything and were able to give dermal medication to my baby without issues. My cat loved them as well and was happy when I got home.

Awesome service. Just moved to the area so I didn’t know anyone around here yet. Booked Emily to watch my cat and she did an amazing job. Very punctual, played with my cat, sent pictures, followed all the directions. Awesome job. She really gave me peace of mind during an initial meet and greet.

Sharolyn was the perfect pet sitter. My 19 year old cat had special needs and they were no problem for Sharolyn. I was so happy to meet her. I could tell that she really loved animals and that made me feel good about leaving town. No worries. She also has such a nice personality and is easy to talk to.

Kelsey was absolutely amazing taking care of our two cats, Absinthe and Lucius. This was our first time leaving them with a sitter (and they’re still very new and a bit shy), so I was pretty anxious going into it but Kelsey completely put my mind at ease. She was incredibly communicative, sent detailed updates and photos every visit, and really took the time to understand their personalities. Absinthe warmed up to her so quickly and was even accepting pets and treats, which says a lot! Lucius is much more shy, but she was patient and respectful of his space while still keeping an eye on him. She also handled little things like a knocked-over feeder and a litter box accident without any issue and kept us informed the whole time, which I really appreciated. It was clear she genuinely cared about our cats and their comfort, and I felt so much better knowing they were in such good hands. I would 100% book with Kelsey again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

Katherine tended to Sadie every day with such great care...just as I knew she would from the moment we met. She mushed up the food for almost-toothless Sadie, scooped the box, changed up the lights, and sent a photo every day. This allowed me to enjoy my time away...zero worry! And I came home to a happy and healthy Sadie cat. Thank you, Katherine!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
