Before caring for a pet, I like to learn as much as possible about their routine and preferences. This includes feeding schedules, walking habits, energy level, temperament, any medical conditions or medications, allergies, fears, and how they usually behave when their owners are away. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other people or animals, any training cues they respond to, and what makes them feel most comfortable and secure. The more I know in advance, the better I can provide personalized, safe, and stress-free care.
A typical day
I enjoy engaging pets in activities that are both fun and enriching. Depending on the pet, this may include walks adapted to their energy level, interactive play with toys, gentle games to stimulate their mind, basic positive-reinforcement commands, and plenty of affection and companionship. For calmer pets, I’m happy to provide quiet company, brushing, or simply sitting together so they feel loved and secure. My goal is always to make their time with me enjoyable, stress-free, and full of positive attention.

I have extensive experience caring for pets and have had dogs and cats my entire life. My family have had cats and dogs since my childhood, and they are truly my greatest passion. I have cared for my own pets as well as pets belonging to friends and other families. I am a physician, attentive, responsible, and patient, with experience providing basic medical care such as administering medications and monitoring health needs. I also lived for many years with a veterinarian, where I learned the essential, thoughtful care pets need. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved, always respecting their routine and following all care instructions carefully.
