My first time using Rover and I’m overall happy with the services. Our cat Tito seemed to like Katelyn and we noticed a big difference in having someone check on him every day (versus every other day from a coworker in the past). When we got back from our trip, Tito was content and not mad at us for leaving. Katelyn also watered our plants for us without an additional charge so we’re leaving a tip for that. The plants look a little sad but we’re fully aware that the Texas heat has been brutal. There were some minor inconveniences: 1. it was difficult to schedule a meet and greet because of slow responses, sometimes it would take a couple days for a response. 2. We returned at 5am and she forgot to put the key under the mat. Thankfully we had another set in our suitcase. 3. There was cat litter tracked all over the apartment. I don’t think my husband specified to sweep up the cat litter during the meet & greet but he did leave the broom next to the litter box and I had also written this in the instructions for care. Overall, Katelyn did a good job with Tito and we’re very grateful

Katelyn was a great sitter! Excellent communication- I didnt ever have to worry about my critters. She followed did every single little thing on my pet guide and took pics every visit ❤️. We will book her again 5 stars - thank you so much Katelyn.

Katelyn’s services were fine. The cats got fed, which was the most importantly part. However, I gave her a 12 hour window to refresh their food with the explicit instruction (and reminder day of) to be there before 6pm because that’s when the feeder goes off and it would alter the instructions and she arrived 10 minutes AFTER 6. I understand she had a busy day, but I gave her a 12 hour window and she was late. Not a very good first impression. Also the visits I paid for were 30 minutes and several times she left before that. 1 time was even 10 minutes. That’s barely enough time to feed them and refresh the litter. We were gone for 10 days and this was the only interaction the cats got. I doubt she pet them at all. I use a pine pellets litter system and the drawers that collect the sawdust weren’t emptied once. For a star sitter, I was left disappointed.
