“We were nervous about hiring a dog walker for Molly. We're new in town and have always been able to depend on family to help us out. Corinne put us at ease immediately. She was very responsive and communicated quickly. We also loved receiving updates of our girl on her walks. We will definitely be using Corrine again in the future.”

“Lieren was amazing with my fur babies and really went above and beyond! I had never used rover and was nervous about leaving my pets with someone they didn’t know, but when I came home they were very happy and tired out from all the play time they got :) I received photo updates from every visit she had with them which reassured me of how comfortable and happy my pets were with her. Will definitely be rebooking with Lieren!”

“Leah was great with Buddy and Papa Bear and brought some treats for them and was very gentle with the boys. I know they can’t wait for future walks with her!! 🐾”

“McKenzie is great! Confident even with my dog who can exhibit dog aggression and I can tell she really gets joy from spending time with Cully. Have booked her for ongoing walks and am thrilled to have her care for my dog. She communicates timely and intentional and is punctual as well when arriving for her walks.”

“Thank you for taking such good care of my pup. He looks like he really enjoyed himself and it was a real peace of mind for me knowing he was able to go for a walk, take a potty break and get a little TLC while I wasn’t home.”

About: I grew up with an aggressive and anxious dog and at the beginning of the year became mother to baby (German Shepherd/Staffie) boy. As a recently adolescent dog, I am fresh with puppy training experience; And notably, with a slightly reactive dog. I've handled large breed dogs and am confident with aggressive-highly weary dogs. I am taking a hiatus from my few years spent working in the kitchen industry as a line cook. Refocusing, resetting and considering higher education at this point in my life. Being a new dog mum, I've fallen in love with the lifestyle. Showing babies the ropes of this wild world we live in; I'd love to help support other pet owners so as to contribute to the reciprocal cycle of caring for our pets. As it's gotten so warm, I have gotten more methodical about when and where I go with pups, so they are safe, hydrated, healthy and staying cool enough through the summer season. Walking in shade or near water, with plenty of drinking water on hand always! I feed my dog twice a day and walk him three times a day, with lots of treats and training throughout. And of course will adjust my schedule to accommodate your little ones' needs.

“Eliza was so kind and loving to Princeton. I booked her back to back, and asked for a schedule adjustment. She was flexible, had great interactions and boundaries for our dog, and was a joy. We will continue to use her and suggest her to our friends and family. Wow! Superstar ! Thank you so much Eliza!”

“This is the second time I booked with Ariana. She is responsible, shows on time, and listens carefully to the given instructions. I also was informed on how the walks went with Pipa, as she does not warm up easy when she meets new people in general. I will book with her again!”

About: Hello, I'm cleo! I'm a loving and experienced pet sitter. Here's a bit about my background: Cat Care: - Proud owner of a sweet 14-year-old cat. - Long-term experience with kittens, adult cats, and outdoor cats. - Experienced in senior cat care, medication, and specialized diets. - Dedicated to enriching play and appropriate grooming. - Proficient in deep cleaning cat areas and litter boxes. Dog Care: - Offer regular dog walks and check-ins. - Comfortable with dogs from puppyhood to adulthood. - Provide calm and adaptable walks, from neighborhood strolls to park explorations, both long and short. Providing excellent pet care is a priority for me. My week is structured to ensure I have ample time for visits and walks, and I'm available throughout the weekdays and evenings to meet pet's needs. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is to maintain a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment for them. I have experience working with anxious and nervous cats and dogs, and I'm comfortable administering medications and managing special diets as needed. I believe in a slow and patient approach to building a comfortable relationship with each pet. With reliable transportation, you can count on me for check-ins at any time during the day.

“Atlas is timely, friendly and a great communicator. Mateo loves to see them and hang out! They take the cutest photos too, including cuddling together 🥰”

About: Happy to send photo and video updates of your furry friend’s adventures! Peace of mind for you, paw-some day of cuddles and fun for your pal. Hi! I work from home most days and can set my own schedule. This allows for flexibility to hang out with your furry friend and go out for walks at just about anytime of day! Happy to go out rain or shine. Pets are respected, loved, and well cared for. Animals in my care are valued for their unique personalities and will always be treated with kindness and patience.

About: The first pets I ever sat were my neighbors horses. Soon after, a forest fire came through and I had people bringing me wild rabbits and birds to rehab. The critters have gotten much more standard since - cats, rodents, birds, reptiles, and aquatic friends. My own cat is an old curmudgeon with sad kidneys so I know how important food quality and consistency is. I know not to overfeed fish and can do partial water changes if you'd like. I work a desk job at a nonprofit by day and frequently volunteer for a different nonprofit by night. These take me across a decent swathe of the city including Hillsdale, Brooklyn, Woodstock, Laurelhurst, and Montavilla. Show me your routine and I'll keep it consistent. I don't allow dogs to jump on me and there are dogs that sit only for me. I have been told that my love language is competence and I love every critter in my care. For house sitting stays, I may bring a guest by for extra company, depending on the critter.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and have experience with all types of dogs, puppies to seniors, big to small. I am a college student who has been missing her dogs back home and I would love to spend some time with your little guy! I love going on hikes and if your pup is up for it I would love to take them along but leisurely strolls down the road are just as fun, whatever you pup needs! I have plenty of free time over the summer so my time with pets can be fairly flexible and I can spend as much time with them as you want! I am available any time of day to feed, check in, and walk dogs. When I take care of your animal in your home, their comfort and safety is very important to me. I want to make sure that your pup is comfortable in their own home. I listen to what they are telling me about when they want to play or walk and when they need their alone time.

About: NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN THE SELLWOOD/WESTMORELAND/WOODSTOCK/MILWAUKIE/ SE AND SW PORTLAND AREAS! Hello, I'm Liz! I started my dog sitting career in Seattle and have been living in Portland now for a little over 6 years. I really love all the dogs I've had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with. I have owned and taken care of all different kinds of dogs throughout my lifetime. Big, small, puppies, you name it! Not only do I have quite a few repeat clients but I've dog sat for neighbors, friends, and family members many times over the years. I am trustworthy, dependable, and always full of energy, just like your pooch! I am always respectful when in a client's home, leaving everything just the way you left it. I pay attention to detail and most importantly, your pets behaviors. Some of the things I like to know about your pet are their favorite toys/hobbies, triggers, and whether or not they have any separation anxiety. Every dog I watch I make sure is comfortable and happy, that is what's most important to me. The fun and attention shouldn't stop while you're away! I currently do not have any dogs of my own because I live in an apartment and if I were to have a dog, I would want to give them the life they deserve. Being on Rover gives me the opportunity to be around dogs, as animals are one of the things that truly make me happy. When your dog is happy, I'm happy. I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday and go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So dogs would need to be okay with being along 8-9hrs on Tuesday and Thursday. I prefer to take jobs that are close to my home so I can give your dog all the attention they need. If you have any additional questions I'm more than happy to answer them! Pet care fits into my daily routine well. I typically get up early to provide long walks in the morning and in the evenings as well. Dogs should have at least one long walk a day with a few other short walks as needed for potty breaks and to let the energy out. At this time I only provide house sitting services in clients' homes. I am respectful of all client's spaces, making sure to clean up after myself and your lovely pooch before departing after a visit. I prefer providing house sitting this way because being in a familiar environment reduces the amount of stress on your dog. I try to spend as much time in the home as possible so that they always have a friend around to give them pets and cuddles <3 I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I do have to go the office in Beaverton on Tuesdays and Thursdays so dogs would need to be okay being alone for 8+ hours. I always make sure to leave a client's home just as or better than I found it! As an avid outdoors person this is my life motto. I have pets of my own so I always make sure to close doors immediately when I enter and leave.

“Seth was incredibly patient with my anxious pup who gets stressed around new people. He clearly has a strong understanding of working with dogs and he developed a lot of trust with my dog in a short period of time. His daily updates and pictures were much appreciated. He even did some training with my pup as a way to build trust and confidence in her. We can’t wait to hire Seth again!”

Evian G.
“Evian is an extremely reliable pet caregiver. I have an elderly cat with diabetes who needs very specific care instructions and I can always trust him in Evian's hands when I need to travel for work. She gets him his medication and spends quality time with him. My cat is always happy to see Evian when I am leaving. The peace of mind from a good caretaker is priceless.”

Kelly T.
“I used to fill the robot feeder and go away for the weekend without a second thought. My cat was always a little stressed/weepy and clingy when I'd come home. I went away for a full week and had Kelly come over every day to keep him company. When I finally got home, Zim couldn't care less. I'd call that a success! Kelly even rescued my potted fiddleleaf fig. It was down to two very curled leaves on a 5ft stem. She knew what it wanted and it had a big new leaf a month later.”

Skyler T.
“Skyler has loved and nurtured animals since she was very young. From helping rehab wild animals to caring for rescue dogs, she has exhibited a deep caring and understanding of four legged creatures. She is trustworthy and reliable. Anyone would be so fortunate to have her as a care giver/companion for their treasured pets!”

Liz K.

“Liz is a wonderful puppy sitter and is attentive to the demands of caring for a puppy which if you've had one then you know it's a lot of work! Liz went above and beyond what I expected and was available last minute when I was having a medical emergency. Both of my dogs love hanging with Liz and I'm so thankful I can trust Liz with my pups.... I tend to be a bit anxious about who is caring for my dogs and I always feel comforted knowing that Liz is looking after them.”
