About: I have experience with reactive dogs and understand they need to feel safe and redirected when they are in a heightened state. I try to meet pets and their parents where they are. I start my dog’s day with breakfast and potty break around 7 am. I like to walk my dog around noon on my lunch break and play with him. I’m off work around 5 pm and let the dog out for a potty break again after feeding him dinner. I have a fenced yard and a medium sized dog to keep your dog company. I also have a large crate if your pet requires their own space.

“Mark agreed to care for my dog on short notice which I really appreciate. He was extremely communicative and was aware of my dog’s anxiety issues. Since I was booking from out of town, we never had a chance for a meet and greet, so my dog was pretty wary at the beginning. But Mark allowed him to move at his own pace and his dogs were very welcoming. Mark let me know how he was doing right away and sent me a lovely video. About: I used to work at a dog rescue, and I have experience with all kinds of dogs, from chihuahuas to pitbulls. I love them all. I recently lost my 16 year old rescue dog, Spike, and I miss being around animals. I’m experienced with special needs dogs, senior dogs, and with administering medication. I’d love to make your dog feel comfy and loved when you’re away. I am comfortable with your dog boarding at my house if they don’t mind being in a new environment, and I also have experience house sitting for pets who prefer their own space. When house sitting, I’m happy to grab mail, water plants, etc. I work from home the majority of the time, and my husband (who is also a huge animal lover) has flexible hours as well. Therefore, someone is typically home and able to walk/feed/play with your pet during the day. I have a fenced yard and a small doggie door as well. My schedule is very adaptable whether I’m home or staying at a client’s house. I’m happy to accommodate your pet with whatever they need so that they feel right at home when you’re gone. They’re welcome to sleep in bed with us, in their own bed or crate, or whatever you/they prefer. Let me know more about your pet’s typical routine and we’ll go from there!

The pups have attentive attention, full reign of our cozy home with doggy door, ample fenced backyard, and friendly neighborhood to walk, if desired!
