About: I have had pets my whole life growing up. I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, and even rabbits! In fact, my mom has 2 dogs (Finley and Millie) that I helped take care of and train for years. Finley is a golden retriever and Millie is a chihuahua so my experience with different dog breeds is very diverse! I love walking dogs and getting to know each of their individual personalities. I’m a very energetic person and I’m so ready to go on long walks and even runs! I'm currently on summer vacation and am only working part-time so all other hours are mostly filled with walking and sitting dogs and spending time with my friends around San Francisco. I'm not busy at all at the moment so I'll make sure to be timely and patient with your animals and give our time together the upmost importance. I always listen to the needs and demands of my client's and their animals! I'm detail-orientated and able to follow a strict schedule insuring that your pets get the exact care that they need! :)

About: As a pre-veterinary student and veterinary assistant, I combine professional animal care experience with my genuine love for our fur babies! I have over 700 hours of experience working in a boarding kennel and animal hospital. My responsibilities included caring for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, temperaments, and medical needs. Specifically, multiple daily walks, administering daily medications, following detailed feeding and care instructions, monitoring animal health and behavior, and providing enrichment to keep pets mentally and physically engaged. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals that may be anxious or reactive. My background in veterinary medicine and current major ensure I am around animals almost every day, so I am sure to recognize changes in behavior or health. In addition to my kennel experience, I have spent years pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family. My pet-sitting experience helps me provide the individualized care and affection that pets need to feel comfortable while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if it were my own and strive to make both pets and owners feel safe and comfortable with my care. I am currently conducting independently paced research at Cornell’s College of Veterinary Medicine, which gives me a very flexible schedule. Because I set my own hours, I am able to easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine, providing me with the ability to be reliable and attentive to each pet’s individual routine and needs. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. I am comfortable with crating, leashing, walking, feeding, administering basic medications if needed, and following any routines provided by the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to prioritize safety, consistency, and most importantly, communication between the owner and me. I make sure doors and leashes are secure at all times, closely monitor pets during walks and outdoor time, and keep them on their normal feeding and exercise schedules. I also provide regular updates so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well taken care of while they are away.

About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. I also frequently cat sit for my friends who have a mix of young and old cats. I'm currently working part-time 5 days a week. I am available for weekend pet-sitting and short visits during the week. I work until 3pm on weekdays, and am available at most times on the weekend. I am more than happy to stay in your home with your pet, and would love to give them treats and attention. I love spending time with pets and can send you daily photos at their cutest moments :)

About: I grew up with with a variety of dogs as a child and even showed my collie puppy as a junior handler. I have cared for cats and dogs, including puppies and cats with medical needs since I was a teenager. I currently have a smart, affectionate, and active golden-doodle. I feel that I have a good understanding of what dogs and cats need to thrive and be happy. I understand how other people feel about their feline or canine companions and I want to treat them the way I treat my own. My schedule is very flexible and I am available during several blocks of time most of the week. I can structure my time around pet care opportunities. The services that I currently offer are drop in visits for pets and dog walking. I am open to meeting the client's needs and requests. I am happy to play with your pet, feed them, give medications, clean a litter-box and whatever else is needed. I am very warm and care about the pets social and emotional needs.

About: I have cat/dog-sitted for a couple of friends on multiple occasions. They were extremely satisfied with my service. Additionally, I have four cats at home! So, I am familiar with taking care of cats. I am a veterinary student at Cornell University. As of currently, I am available all days of the week in the morning as well as the evening. I always make sure the fur baby has fresh water and food. Additionally, I keep the space clean and tidy if the pet made a mess (e.g. near the litter box or water bowls). Lastly, I give new pets time and space to get used to me. I don't invade their personal space and wait for them to make the initiative.
