About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have a large fenced yard on just over an acre outside of Ithaca. Dogs can run and are very happy here when visiting! I am happy to supervise any bathroom breaks or keep your pet on a leash if you prefer them not running the large yard-- whatever feels most comfortable! About: I'm a huge cat lover and am the friend at the party who loves to hang out with the household pet. I grew up in a dog family (due to a parent's severe cat allergy) and have been caring for our family dogs my entire life. I love animals of all kinds grew up spending weekends on a horse farm and taking pre-veterinary classes all through high school. I have experience caring for all kinds of animals an am familiar with elderly pet care, medication (including insulin injections), home made food, diapers, and mobility aids. “Gwen was an incredible pet sitter! We left our cat and kitten in her care for a 2 week overseas trip, and when we returned the two of them were so happy and relaxed. She carefully followed all our tips and requests regarding litter & food, and worked seamlessly with the general quirks of our older famhouse-style building (like windows being left open/closed, making sure the cats didn't escape via the front door etc). She also sent us adorable updates about each of the cats every day of our trip, including photos, which were very comforting and cute to receive when we were so far away. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. Many of them were street dogs of all kinds. I feed them and gave them much love. My dad is the major dog lover in the family. He cooks a special and big meal every 29 of April (Animals’ Day in Argentina) for the dogs of the neighborhood — yeah, my dad is pretty great. I am an architect and Assistant Professor at Cornell AAP. I live with Juan Manuel, my husband, who is also an architect and Visiting Critic at Cornell AAP. We teach twice a week (but on different days) so we are flexible to baby sit your pet every day. We are also available during the weekend! We live very close to a park in downtown Ithaca, which is a fantastic park for dogs, so your pet will have fun meeting some new friends! At home your dog will be indoors, in a warm quiet and very clean ambience. We will take care of your pet as if was ours. Your dog will be invited to play with us, cuddle, lay on the couch with us, spend time outside, do some walks and tours in the neighborhood. We will treat them really greatly and will share a lot of love and joy. We really baby sit because we enjoy it very much!

About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

About: I’ve worked at a service dog nonprofit for the past decade and I’ve been a pet owner my whole life! Currently, we have a 4-year old Australian Cattle Dog mix and a 2-year old tabby cat. I know how stressful it can be leaving your fur babies when going on vacation/work but I’m happy to help! I will care for your pets with the same love and attention that I give my own. I have also completed training by the Fear Free Shelter Program. Conveniently, I work remotely (full time) so I am always at home to keep an eye on and care for your fur baby. About: Fun fact: I began dog walking/sitting at just the age of 15 in Los Angeles, where I’m originally from. The old school way: pinning flyers around my neighborhood. My first client: a Great Dane as big as me. We soon became best friends. I am attentive and adapt easily to all sorts of pets — I know when it’s time to play, time to eat, and time to mellow out. I am currently a full-time college student- I have a decent amount of flexibility in my schedule and am happy to work with you based on what you and your fur babies need. About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have a large fenced yard on just over an acre outside of Ithaca. Dogs can run and are very happy here when visiting! I am happy to supervise any bathroom breaks or keep your pet on a leash if you prefer them not running the large yard-- whatever feels most comfortable! I will follow your care instructions precisely to ensure your pet gets the love and attention needed.
