I have experience with everything from a quick stop in to week long care. I look forward to working with you and your pet! I currently work full time M-F from 8-4:30 so I am available for anyone with an alternate schedule either before or after work or anytime during the weekend! Whatever works i’m here for you! I will treat your pet with the same love and care I treat mine with. Anything you and your pet needs I am here for! About: I'm currently a Pre-Veterinary student at University of New Hampshire and currently work at a local veterinary clinic. As a veterinary assistant I have gained experience with animal handling and care. I am also Fear Free Certified and know had to adequately prevent fear, anxiety, and stress in both cats and dogs. I have previously worked at a training facility and am familiar with certain signals and behaviors that animals demonstrate to express themselves. I have owned cats and dogs my entire life and have been exposed to many types of breeds, species, and seen interesting cases regarding animal health. When I'm not at school I take care of my two dogs and cats at home. Furthermore, I work part-time at a veterinary clinic at school and at home so I am constantly surrounded by animals and have exposure to many cases. I previously owned a diabetic cat and learned how to administer insulin shots and monitor her glucose levels multiple times a day. I feed and water my animals in my home at least twice a day, snacks are often provided as well. I walk my dogs as much as necessary (typically twice a day). I always play with my cats and dogs. I have a kitten who loves playing fetch with toy mice and a 5 year old dog who enjoys hiking trips and swimming. The two dogs get groomed when needed but I brush them consistently in between grooms. Finally, I am responsible when it comes to my animals' health and notice any changes in behavior or appearance almost immediately. I find it important to keep them up to date with vaccines and any other medications they need.

About: I have had many pets since childhood and taken care of tube fed animals as well as elderly animals who could not walk on their own. I have worked for multiple veterinary technicians and taken care of their pets over the past two summers. I know how to handle any size dog and have someone nearby to contact for help in any medical emergency that is beyond my scope of knowledge. I am currently a college student and travel between Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine throughout the summer. I will be able to stay in the place closest to the pets and travel to different states when needed I will be respectful of your house and animals, I can take them for walks or just let them out of the house if that it what they are used to. I will make sure they are in my sight and I know they are okay at all times while I am there. I understand how scary it can be to leave your home and pets as I have done so myself, I will make sure to send pictures and follow any type of house rules you may have in place to make it as easy as possible.

About: Hi :) I have grown up around animals!! I currently have a Maine Coon named Cleo! However, I am hoping to add a puppy to the family soon! Even though I do not have a dog of my own, I am often the default dog sitter for my friends and family! I love to go on walks and spend time outside! I am a teacher! In the summers and during breaks, I am pretty open and flexible!! During the school year, I am available most weekends and after 4 PM! I try to match the energy of the pets I am sitting. Taking them on long walks, giving them extra pets, and playing with their favorite toy with them. I try my best to keep my animals mentally stimulated.

“Kiley did an amazing job taking care of our 3 guinea pigs. We got daily updates, the cutest pictures, and our piggies were very comfortable with her. Everything looked great when we came back home!”

About: I’ve owned my own dog walking/sitting business. I have 4 years of experience training dogs, including my own. I’ve looked after many different breeds and ages of dogs from newborn puppies to senior pups. I love dogs and am willing to put in the utmost effort to make sure they are loved and properly taken care of. Currently, I am available at any time after 4pm and all day Thursdays and Fridays. I am new to the area and I’m hoping to create a schedule with new clients. I will get the animal settled making sure they have food and water. For exercise play with some toys or a walk/hike. And of course making sure they get all the pets and treats they need.

About: I’ve spent my whole life around furry friends and miss the joy and connection they bring. I’ve been walking and watching my neighbors cats and dogs for most of my life. I’ve become well trained in administering medications and deep cleaning litter boxes. I’ve mastered all basic skills needed for caring for our friends I’m currently a student but that doesn’t mean I don’t have plenty of time to hang out with your cats and dogs! I’m quite the homebody so when I’m not in class I love to be in my dorm. I also have large gaps between my classes meaning I can definitely take them out/on walks throughout the entire day! I will follow any rules you have around your home as I do not want to disrupt your space. When it comes to taking care with animals I believe that communication with the owner is key (along with sending update photos of their furry friends so they can see they’re doing well!) When taking care of an animal they are my top priority rain or shine.

“Xiana was fantastic with my shy cat who had never been left alone before! I loved getting messages and pictures with each visit, and I felt so reassured about the care my cat was getting. Xiana was punctual, friendly, and really paid attention to all of my requests. I absolutely recommend Xiana and would not hesitate to hire her again!”

About: I combine patience, experience, and genuine affection for pets of all kinds. Whether it’s an energetic pup, a gentle senior, or a shy cat, I adapt to meet their needs and make them feel at home. Taking care of pets is part of my regular routine. I like to get outside and stay active by walking and running dogs, and I make sure to spend quality time giving pets the attention and love they deserve. It’s something I enjoy and look forward to fitting into my days. I prioritize safety and comfort above all when caring for pets. Whether I’m visiting your home or welcoming pets into mine, I will make sure the environment is clean, secure, and pet-friendly. I will also follow any specific instructions you provide and keep a close eye on your pet’s behavior to ensure they’re happy and safe at all times. Building trust with both pets and owners is important to me, so I communicate openly and am responsive to any needs or concerns.

Isabelle S.
“Isabelle has a great love for animals. At 8 years old she walked the neighbors dogs. She rode horses and cleaned the barn. She would ask the owner questions about their pet. So she could best meet the needs of the pet in her care. She cared for our rabbit , cats, fish and dog.”

Marion H.
“I've known Marion Hess for almost two years. She is a dog lover! When Marion offered her availability to take care of dogs when she was home from college on breaks, on our town's local facebook page. I contacted her, and she started walking our black lab mix rescue dog Chloe. She not only walks Chloe, she plays with her and takes her on walks on our town's trails. Chloe is always ecstatic to see her and runs to Marion's car to jump in. Having interacted with Marion many times since the spring of 2022, I can say without reservation that she is extremely well-qualified to take care of dogs. She is also a great communicator, prompt, reliable and of course, kind. It's been my pleasure (and Chloe's) to know Marion. We look forward to seeing her, as usual, when she is home on breaks from college. Sincerely, Beth Butler”
