“Linda was great. She followed the laundry list of instructions I left, and let me know if she had any questions. She made an effort to win over my 3cats…and two accepted her quickly. Unfortunately, my anxious cat didn’t buy it, LOL. Hoping that next time, he will remember hard and come out of hiding.”

“Gina did a great job dropping in to visit my two cats Pepsi and Harlow! She is obviously very knowledgeable about animal behavior and is very attentive to the special personality quirks of my pets. Somehow, she was able to interact with my very shy cat Harlow, which is pretty impressive given how skittish Harlow is with new people. I would definitely book Gina again if my cats needed looking after!”

“Would rate higher if we could. Brianna consistently went above and beyond when issues arose with our most senior dog. She kept line of communication open at all times. We felt very secure about leaving our dogs in her care.”

“We just landed and thank you ever so much for caring for our fur babies. This is our first time using Rover and we’ll definitely be requesting Bria’s services again soon!”

About: I’ve taken care of several pets since I was young. I had several dogs and cats (sometimes at the same time!). I love walking and playing with dogs, I’ve trained my puppy. I have taken care of big and small dogs. I have also taken care of kittens and adult cats. I have litter trained kittens and played with them often. I currently work full time, but am more than happy to watch your fur baby on my days off! I have days off where I have no plans and would love to spend it with more dogs or with your cat! I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies (dogs) of my own who are friendly and can keep your fur baby company. I am use to watching other people’s fur babies in a 24 hour care setting.

“Thank you for the extra care for our little lady, Missy cat. She and I appreciate all you've done for her and I was at ease being away for the holiday with your daily visits, feeding and cat cleanup. Looking forward to the next time!”

About: I have cared for dogs, large and small, for at least 10 years, either for myself, family/friends, professionally, or through volunteering. At this time, I volunteer at an animal shelter and have taken shelter dog socialization and walking classes to ensure safety for both myself and the animals. Previously, my senior pup passed, but up until her final moments I gave her any care and medications recommended by the vet and overall loving to ensure she was as happy and comfortable as could be. I really love animals through and through and I always hope they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for in my presence. Additionally, my main traits when caring for dogs is to be patient and loving. I also love to take pictures of the pups, and am happy to share those with their parents! I have a flexible remote job and I leave my errands for the weekend, so I am able to stay home as much as possible during the weekdays to care for pets! I care for all pup’s (and animals) as if they were my own. In other words, I will always put their safety and happiness first. I have no problem accommodating as much as possible to ensure they feel at home.

“Bryan is the best! He was in constant communication with me all the way from beginning of booking to his arrival and departure. I immediately re-booked him the following weekend and will be my Junior’s (cat) nanny from now on!”

About: I’m an animal lover! I have a mini zoo at home . A chinchilla , a 5 year old Nebeulung cat , 2 leopard spotted geckos and a green iguana! I believe my calling is to care for our four legged friends. I’ve always had a major passion for animals and decided to make them apart of my family as I got older. I’ve taken care of animals since the age of 8. Whether it’s walking , feeding , playing ,bathing and so much more. I believe that they deserve the best care! I treat animals how I would treat humans , with love and respect. I’m available throughout the day being that I work hybrid. Walks can be given in the morning, at lunch and evening. My son as well as myself share responsibilities of feeding our little four legged friends. My son and I are knowledgeable in different breeds of dogs and cats . We make sure we create a safe environment for our pets and will do the same with others . We would create a schedule and customize a system according to a dog or a cats needs.

About: I’ve been around both cats and dogs since a young age, and I’m very comfortable caring for animals of all sizes. I have particular experience with larger dog breeds, as I grew up around them and regularly helped with walking and basic care. While I’ve considered pursuing formal dog training, the opportunity hasn’t presented itself just yet. I’m excited about this opportunity with Rover because it offers a flexible way to earn income on my own schedule while also staying active and getting my steps in! Pet care fits into my weekly schedule because I am available after my full time Monday - Friday after 5:30pm. Also Saturdays starting at 11am. With that I want to be to take a few days out the week and get my steps in and enjoy the outside weather. In my own home, I make sure my pets have everything they need—regular feedings, playtime, and plenty of time to relax and feel comfortable. When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I take the time to understand their individual needs and routines, and I follow any specific instructions to ensure their pets feel safe, happy, and well-cared for.

About: I have loved animals all of my life and that has not changed! Growing up, I cared for many animals and have a lot of experience that would assist me in caring for your fur babies. I know it can be very scary leaving your fur babies with people you do not know but your baby will feel comfortable and right at home with me. I currently work Monday-Thursday from 6 A.M. to 2: P.M. so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your fur baby. On the weekends, I am home most of the day other than basic errands. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly family dog who would love to keep your baby company. The environment will be safe and fun for your baby.

About: I’ve had my own dog for three years now and love getting to know other four-legged buddies and their personalities. Giving them love and a safe space is invaluable. I work from home half of the week and have my own dog that is familiar with his daily routine of walks and mealtimes. Enrichment is an important part of his care, both physically and mentally. We have a fenced yard for outdoor play, along with all kinds of toys and supplies for your doggy friend! My own dog loves making new friends, but can be separated from yours if needed.

Kimberly M.
“Kim has been volunteering at the shelter for about a month now and has already taken a few of the dogs home for an overnight or weekend getaway, she comes often for classes or to walk dogs and help with general volunteer work. The overnights are critical support for us to help get home notes about the dogs and to give the dogs a shelter break. She is so great! Her notes are always thorough and she gets the best pictures. So far we have had great success getting those dogs adopted after those overnights! She also works with them to better their training and to be better equipped to meet their forever family. Overall, Kim shows she truly loves the animals and her help has been incredible.”
