She even changed up his meals and ended up having to cook chicken and rice to soothe his stomach! We came back and had some cleaning to do but I can't imagine how much we would have had to do if she didn't do the initial cleaning. Can't thank her enough for going above and beyond. I couldn’t find a better sitter for our Rainbow! Natalie was super thorough and communicative. She asked great questions up front and provided detailed updates. She was very kind and thoughtful. For example, she brought in a Chewy package that she noticed was delivered on a check-in day. Rainbow took to her very well - she let her brush her which can be dicey! I would love to have Natalie sit for us again in the future!
They were absolutely amazing. I just moved to the area from Texas and had to travel to Colorado for my niece’s birthday, but couldn’t bring my dog. My usual pet sitter is back in Texas, so I was unexpectedly without pet care. When the dates of my trip changed, they were generous and flexible enough to watch Scooby a little longer. Scooby normally takes a while to warm up to new people and can be particularly hesitant around men, but he bonded with them incredibly quickly. They truly exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and wonderful with pets.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
