“Gerald did a great job with my senior foster, Pam. She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. Highly recommended for anyone with a senior or high-needs dog.”

Michael never reached out to us with an update on our pet. All our things were thrown out on the front porch at pick up. Dog came home full of “piss & vinegar” Think perhaps she didn’t have much opportunity to run & use up some energy”

I am home all day to provide playtime with your pet. I am new to listing on Rover, and have in the past only went by recommendation. I am home all day, work part time from my home office. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

Jamie is absolutely amazing!! She was an excellent care taker for our dog.. making sure to keep his meds on schedule... getting him to eat on a schedule when he normally doesnt (he's a grazer!) and allowing him priority position with her on the couch during the few moments of rest they both had. I got a regular stream of photos and check ins about my dog and never had a doubt he was in great hands. The only doubt I had was whether my dog was going to want to come home. She is so great with dogs and I know for sure we will be using her again in the future. Thank you for everything Jamie!!
