“Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

About: I take pride in giving pets the best time they can have while their owners are away! I’ve always been an animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I can watch your dog and/or cat. love dog walking and have dog sat for plenty of neighbors, friends, and family over the years. Now that I’m on Rover, I’m loving making connections with new pets and their owners. A little more about me and my professional experience: I work at an animal shelter part time where I provide care mostly for kittens and cats and at a dog groomer where I love on all the pups and make them look their best! I am going to vet tech school as well to learn about the overall health of animals. Something fun: I can teach your pet tricks while I watch them! Right now, I am working part-time so I have lots of time to take care of your pet. Just let me know your schedule and I’ll get back to you. I will take the best care of your home and treat it as if it is my own. I leave places the same as or better than how I found them. I don’t mind cleaning up any pet messes.

Natalia went above and beyond, and I could not ask for a more caring and generous home to place my dog in while I was away. She sent near-daily updates with photos and videos and embraced every one of my loud but sweet corgi's quirks with care. Natalia, her dog and her household took care of my dog Athena and loved her truly as if she were their own. I think Athena might have even had a better vacation than me with all the snuggles, toys and fun she had! I cannot recommend or thank Natalia enough for the experiences and care she gave my dog.
Jillian was absolutely wonderful with our 7-month-old puppy! This was his first time being watched by someone outside our family, and she made the experience so easy and reassuring. She kept him active, happy, and well cared for, and communicated with us daily with pictures and videos, which we really appreciated. It was clear our pup was in great hands.
