Michael never reached out to us with an update on our pet. All our things were thrown out on the front porch at pick up. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Natalia went above and beyond, and I could not ask for a more caring and generous home to place my dog in while I was away. She sent near-daily updates with photos and videos and embraced every one of my loud but sweet corgi's quirks with care. Natalia, her dog and her household took care of my dog Athena and loved her truly as if she were their own. I think Athena might have even had a better vacation than me with all the snuggles, toys and fun she had! I cannot recommend or thank Natalia enough for the experiences and care she gave my dog.
Jillian was absolutely wonderful with our 7-month-old puppy! This was his first time being watched by someone outside our family, and she made the experience so easy and reassuring.
