Eliana made my Velcro dog at ease. She was the only dog that night so she got to feel very special. Eliana made us feel very much at ease leaving her there. She sent us so many pictures throughout the evening to make us feel even more at ease. We live out of state but if we visit again, we would definitely let Snickelfritz stay there again.❤️
Freedom was a huge help when we had to book at the last minute due to a family emergency. They were very nice to Cleo and accommodated her food needs and energy level. Lauren and Howard were absolutely amazing with my dog Brody! From the start, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and made me feel so comfortable leaving Brody in their care. They kept me updated throughout his stay with lots of adorable pictures and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Brody clearly felt right at home with them and was so happy and well-cared for.
