Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. Highly recommended for anyone with a senior or high-needs dog.”

Brenda was always taking her on walks and spending time playing with her. When I picked her up, of course my baby missed me, but I could truly tell she had formed such a loving bond with Brenda. It was obvious that my dog adored her, and that Brenda genuinely loved her right back. Finding someone you trust with your dog isn’t easy, but Brenda exceeded every expectation. About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs since I was a kid. I have also worked at a veterinary practice for many years as an assistant. I am currently available weekdays and weekends, early morning to late night. I can help if you need one visit or recurring visits so I am easily able to accommodate your times and needs. I have plenty of space in my home for your pet to be safe and cared for. I also have a large fenced in yard if your pet needs to be taken care of at my home. “This was our first time using Rover. I was very reluctant to use a person I did not know, or friends didn't know. However, I am so glad I took the chance with a 5 day/overnight in Sarah's home. It's a relief she only takes one animal at a time since our dog doesn't like other dogs. At the meet and greet, Sarah asked many questions to get a feel for Milo (eating & bathroom habits, walking, sleeping habits etc...) To start, her home is absolutely immaculate. I received a daily update with pictures on how our dog was adjusting & doing overall. Milo was displaying some quirky behaviors which Sarah reported right away & thought was cute/funny. She was very accepting, flexible in many ways, and an absolute delight to talk with. It is apparent she is a dog lover! Upon pick up, Milo was happy and all his belongings were packed & ready to go. We plan on using Sarah again for our next trip, if she's available.”

About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!
