About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!

About: I've always had a special connection with dogs. Ever since primary school, I volunteered to walk all my neighbors' dogs and would stay to play with them for hours—tug-of-war and frisbee were our favorites. I've walked dogs of all sizes, sometimes up to three at a time. Getting my own puppy was the best thing in the world for me, and I naturally have endless patience for animals. Throughout college, I walked and sat for my piano professor's dog for years—around the neighborhood, and I also drove him to dog parks and beaches. On top of that, I've volunteered at an animal shelter, cleaning dog and cat rooms and socializing with the animals. I currently can't have a dog of my own because I fly in and out for work. That's why I'm doing this part-time — it's never an assembly line for me. Each dog gets my full, individual attention, and I truly make friends with every one of them. I'm a sound designer and composer working on contract-based stage productions, which gives me a flexible schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine — I walk dogs at least three times a day, feed them as many times as requested, and make sure they get plenty of playtime outside of my work hours. Since I'm not working a rigid 9-to-5, I can easily adjust my day around each dog's needs, whether that means extra cuddles, a longer walk, or a spontaneous trip to the dog park. Plus, because I fly in and out for work and can't have my own dog right now, caring for other people's dogs is something I genuinely look forward to and prioritize every single day. I live in a first-floor condo apartment in a neighborhood with lots of green areas — perfect for dogs who love quick potty breaks and longer sniffing walks. I let dogs free roam throughout my home and they're absolutely allowed on furniture. I treat every dog as if they were my own, which means lots of freedom, comfort, and attention. Since I do this part-time, I never have more than two unfamiliar dogs at once, so each dog gets a calm, focused environment. I'm extremely respectful of their space and routines — I follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions to the letter, and I always leave things cleaner than I found them.

About: Hello! My name is Samantha, and I’ve been surrounded by fur babies my entire life. Growing up, I had two miniature poodles, one of whom had special needs. He struggled with chronic allergies and a seizure disorder, and I helped care for him with daily medications and a special diet that gave him a long, happy life until he passed at 16 years old. Today, my family includes two standard poodles, two parrots, and a rabbit. Beyond that, I also care for the wildlife around my home. I feed 20–30 blue jays daily, I feed stray cats, and I’ve built enough trust with the wild rabbits in my yard that they now let me hand-feed them. Those quiet moments with animals bring me so much joy. In high school, I pursued my passion for animal care by completing the BOCES veterinary program, where I earned two Awards of Excellence. I also hold a Veterinary Medical Assistant certification, which reflects my dedication to giving animals the love and care they deserve. I’m starting college this fall and am excited about my future, but my love for animals will always hold a big place in my heart. That’s why I’ve decided to make room for even more fur babies by offering my help here to anyone in need. I’m flexible with my schedule and happy to work with you to find times that best fit your pet’s needs. Any time of the day you need, I’m there. About: Animals have always been part of my life, from dogs and cats to fish and small rodents. I began pet sitting at 14 and have built years of experience providing reliable, attentive care for pets of all kinds. I recently graduated college and my schedule is super flexible so I have a lot of time to myself and I hope to spend some of that time helping people care for their pets ! I take care of pets in clients' homes by following their usual routines for feeding, walks, and playtime. I keep their environment safe and provide toys to keep them entertained. I have crate trained and potty trained multiple puppies and am familiar with the time, patience, and consistency required for successful training. Through caring for both high-energy working breeds and senior dogs, I have experience managing different exercise needs, routines, temperaments, and levels of care. Because I am available throughout the day, dogs receive regular supervision. I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely go outside for potty breaks and exercise. I am comfortable reinforcing crate training when needed and believe crates are a valuable tool for safety and routine. My own dogs are crate trained and are crated when they cannot be directly supervised to ensure their safety and prevent unwanted behaviors. I provide a structured, safe, and supervised environment while making sure each dog receives plenty of attention, care, and opportunities to play and relax.

About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!
