Exactly what I was looking for, their own dedicated space full of warmth, the perfect cozy spot to curl up in, yet with plenty of room to roam & explore!! Naomi was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to our two little dogs. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely love animals and treated our pups with so much patience, affection, and care. We felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such good hands. “Gerald did a great job with my senior foster, Pam. She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. Highly recommended for anyone with a senior or high-needs dog.”
“Bo had his first sleepover at John’s and had an awesome visit ( as usual) !! John REALLY knows dogs and we always feel completely worry free that Bo is being well taken care of . And it goes without saying that he has THE BEST time there and comes home happy and tired from all the playtime….you can see it on his face from the pictures John sends us, he is actually “ smiling” the whole time..lol !!!!! Daniel did a great job of taking care of our dog Rocky while we were away. I was a little anxious about leaving him but felt much better after our Meet and Greet. He was gentle and patient with my shy guy and it put us at ease. He sent videos of Rocky daily and accommodated our apprehension about having Rocky around other dogs. I definitely recommend Daniel for your pet sitting needs.
Sara was an amazing sitter! From day one, she provided excellent communication and was very responsive to my questions. During the trip, she sent several updates and pictures, so I knew that my pup was well cared for. In some of those pictures, my pup did things that she'd do at our house, so i knew that Sara treated her as a family member.
This was our first time using Rover. I was very reluctant to use a person I did not know, or friends didn't know. However, I am so glad I took the chance with a 5 day/overnight in Sarah's home. It's a relief she only takes one animal at a time since our dog doesn't like other dogs. At the meet and greet, Sarah asked many questions to get a feel for Milo (eating & bathroom habits, walking, sleeping habits etc...) To start, her home is absolutely immaculate. I received a daily update with pictures on how our dog was adjusting & doing overall. Milo was displaying some quirky behaviors which Sarah reported right away & thought was cute/funny. She was very accepting, flexible in many ways, and an absolute delight to talk with. It is apparent she is a dog lover! Upon pick up, Milo was happy and all his belongings were packed & ready to go. We plan on using Sarah again for our next trip, if she's available.
Katlyn was great with my Joe. She sent me pictures and took great care of him. He is usually very anxious with new places but he did very well there. He seemed very relaxed when I picked him up. Also, my flight landed earlier and I needed to get him about 45 minutes earlier than expected. Katlyn was very accommodating. I will definitely use her again.
Angela took amazing care of my dog for the two weeks that we were on vacation. I can tell our little guy was so happy and he was treated very well. After we met Angela, Bruce and their Jackson, I knew our dog was going to get spoiled and he will be surrounded by love. We are always careful when we leave our dog somewhere and are careful that the yard is fully enclosed because our dog is an escape artist. I felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our little guy. Angela sent so many pictures of our dog and how we happy he was when we he was laying in the sun, running around the yard or sharing a chair with Jackson. We will be using Angela to watch our do when we need to have him boarded again.
