About: I was raised with dogs from the time I was born, and our home was always full of animals — be it bunnies, turtles, hamsters or parrots! I’m now a proud pet mom to two cats, Tortellini and Simone, and one pup, Frankie. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, and attentive to care for your pets while you’re away. My pup, Frankie, is always happy to make new furry friends, and I love making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet needs feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, medication reminders, or just extra love and companionship, I’ll treat them like part of my own family. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I’m a researcher who works from home, so my schedule is flexible throughout the week. I’m available for weekday care, weekends, drop-ins, walks, and overnight stays. Since I spend a lot of time at home, I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and consistency. I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I currently offer care in my client’s home, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I’m very respectful of each home and each pet’s routine, and I’m happy to follow detailed instructions for feeding, walks, litter box care, playtime, medications, and any special needs. I’m also comfortable managing different household setups, including keeping pets separated when needed, handling multi-pet homes, monitoring doors/gates carefully, and making sure each pet feels safe, calm, and cared for.

“Rachel and Henrik (and their two wonderful kids!) watched our two Goldendoodles for the weekend, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start, it was clear this was a perfect fit—we did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and instantly felt comfortable. More importantly, our dogs were treated like part of the family—they got tons of attention, snuggles, and care all weekend. We also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we dropped them off, our dogs were so excited they ran right in without hesitation—that says everything. You can truly tell how much Rachel and Henrik love dogs and care for them as their own. One of the nicest families we’ve met, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for. We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog care.”

“This was our first time using Rover. I was very reluctant to use a person I did not know, or friends didn't know. However, I am so glad I took the chance with a 5 day/overnight in Sarah's home. It's a relief she only takes one animal at a time since our dog doesn't like other dogs. At the meet and greet, Sarah asked many questions to get a feel for Milo (eating & bathroom habits, walking, sleeping habits etc...) To start, her home is absolutely immaculate. I received a daily update with pictures on how our dog was adjusting & doing overall. Milo was displaying some quirky behaviors which Sarah reported right away & thought was cute/funny. She was very accepting, flexible in many ways, and an absolute delight to talk with. It is apparent she is a dog lover! Upon pick up, Milo was happy and all his belongings were packed & ready to go. We plan on using Sarah again for our next trip, if she's available.”

Jackson got along well with Kathryn's dogs, Carlie and Alice, and we were also fortunate she was able to accommodate us along with my Mom's dog, so each dog had a friend for the weekend.
