I had brought Olga to a kennel (which was very clean/good/clear dogs were well taken care of as much as possible) but I just couldn’t bring myself to not have Olga be in a place where she could interact with people/have a yard to run around. Not only did Lenny do a great job watching my little Olga, she also kept me updated with detailed texts and photos throughout Olga’s stay. “I left Mango with Jeff when my boyfriend and I went into the city for the night and it was a great experience from drop off to pick up. “We had a good experience with Alejandro and I can’t thank him enough. He accepted our dog, Bleau very last minute after another sitter no-showed, which already meant so much to us. He took the time to introduce Bleau to his dog slowly and properly, which made us feel really comfortable right away. Throughout her stay, he sent daily videos and updates, so we always knew she was doing well. We even accidentally left her bowls behind, and when we went back to pick them up, Bleau was so excited to see him again — which says everything about how well she was treated. “Nigel took to Chris when they first met. Before the scheduled boarding Chris communicated with me to arrange the details and make sure that Nigel had whatever he needed. The hand-off went smoothly and Nigel got to run around in Chris' yard off leash and was a happy, happy doggy. Chris sent daily updates with pictures and video so I could see that Nigel was happy and having a good time. I would board my dog with Chris any time.”
