“Jinay was amazing to work with. From the very first time I reached out, until the end, she did an excellent job of communicating and was very thorough with the details. Right before we left for our 10 day trip, nori got very sick and we were worried about leaving her behind. However jinay, assured us she'd be well taken care of. She easily followed the schedule we set for food and medications (multiple types with different times for dosage) and provided frequent pictures and updates, which allowed us to really enjoy our vacation.
