Caring for our late dog, Kayne, who developed a spinal injury and heart condition, taught me that true care takes patience, compassion, and adaptability qualities I bring to every pet I meet. In our home, every animal is treated like family. I provide a clean, safe, and active space with multiple walks, a fenced yard for play, and individualized routines. Through my experience caring for Kayne, who required special medical attention, I learned how to adapt to any level of care whether it’s energetic puppies or older companions needing extra comfort. About: I have 15+ years of owning my own pets (dogs, fish, birds, and hamsters) and caring for other people’s pets. I feel comfortable feeding, bathing, walking and providing any other type of care the pet needs. I have a six-year-old son who absolutely loves animals as well, so pets staying in our home should be friendly and comfortable around children. We are a caring, animal-loving home and can’t wait to meet and care for your pets like they’re part of the family! * If you prefer kid-free home, I recommend Friday to Sunday bookings. I am home full-time, so your pets will always have love, attention, and supervision throughout the day and will never be left alone for long periods. I’m able to take dogs out frequently for walks and potty breaks, and our apartment complex also has a fenced area where pets can safely run around and play. My goal is to make your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away! I care for every pet as if they were part of my own family. In my home, pets will receive constant supervision, plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of love and affection. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while sticking to their normal routines as much as possible.

“I left my 4 year old boxer Zeus with Donna for 8 days. It was winter recess & the first time we left him with someone he was not overly familiar with. Donna was friendly and responsive to my text messages so we set up a greet and meet to visit her in person. I noticed she was extremely knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. I felt Zeus would be in very good hands after our meet and greet and locked the date in. Donna let me know she had a few other dogs she was also watching that week, but knew with her knowledge he would be fine and perhaps beneficial since Zeus loves playing with other dogs. After a week long play date Zeus is now tired but very content . It was nice knowing I could go away and not have to worry about my pup! I will be using Donna again in future. Thank you Donna :)”
