“First time leaving my 2 doggies with Catherine for an extended time. Catherine was awesome! I was really nervous because I've never left my babies with someone else. My one dog Bailey is a nervous nelly and I was going out of the country. Catherine kept me up to date everyday for my entire 9 days with pictures, videos, and text of my 2 doggies. Bailey wasn't eating and Catherine contacted me right away to make me aware and ask for suggestions. Very caring, attentive and loving to my fur babies. Made my trip much less stressful. “Truly a wonderfully easy experience. I have never had someone watch my dogs before, so I was nervous about leaving them. They were amazing and made this whole process seamless from the very beginning. From the moment I was considering to book with them, I asked if we could do a meet and greet to make sure my pups get along with theirs. Without hesitation, they had us come over to do so. They were responsive and easily reachable. They sent us tons of photos and videos of our pups while they were in their care. “This was our first time using Rover. I was very reluctant to use a person I did not know, or friends didn't know. However, I am so glad I took the chance with a 5 day/overnight in Sarah's home. It's a relief she only takes one animal at a time since our dog doesn't like other dogs. At the meet and greet, Sarah asked many questions to get a feel for Milo (eating & bathroom habits, walking, sleeping habits etc...) To start, her home is absolutely immaculate. I received a daily update with pictures on how our dog was adjusting & doing overall. Milo was displaying some quirky behaviors which Sarah reported right away & thought was cute/funny. She was very accepting, flexible in many ways, and an absolute delight to talk with. It is apparent she is a dog lover! Upon pick up, Milo was happy and all his belongings were packed & ready to go. We plan on using Sarah again for our next trip, if she's available.”
