About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up, I lived with two tuxedo cats who completely stole my heart. As I got older, I took on many of their daily care responsibilities, including feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, playing with them, and making sure they felt loved and comfortable. Today, my wife and I are proud pet parents to two black cats. In addition to caring for cats, I have experience watching a toy poodle puppy under one year old. My responsibilities have included taking her outside for regular bathroom breaks, supervising walks, engaging her in play and exercise, teaching basic tricks and commands, reinforcing good behavior, and helping her work through separation anxiety. Caring for a young puppy taught me the importance of consistency, positive reinforcement, patience, and attentiveness to a pet's individual needs. Whether caring for cats or dogs, I am committed to providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment where pets feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I understand that every animal has a unique personality, and I strive to give each pet the same level of attention and affection that I would want for my own. i work part time in the mornings and am available most days after 1pm. I am a doctoral student at Stony Brook University, so I am flexible to watch your pup or kitty any time in the afternoons/evenings. If needed, I can do an early morning stop by at 6:30AM prior to heading to work. in my clients home, I will be respectful of property, taking off shoes before entering the house, cleaning up any messes that the animal/myself may create, ensuring the animal has food, water, litter box, toys, etc. accessible, and to lock up the house, windows, and any gates prior to leaving the home. I will always accommodate the clients requests. In my home, I have multiple floors to separate my animals from the animal(s) coming into my home. I also have a fully fenced in, large backyard for a dog to run around in. We have a home security system as well to ensure safety.
About: I have experience taking care of animals. I grew up with a dog, taking care of her for 12 years. until she passed away. I love animals very much. I am currently working full-time at a bank. I don’t get off until 5 PM. Anything after five works for me I’m very friendly with animals very loving towards them. “As always, Emma and Trent are the best. We’ve been lucky that they’ve been available when we needed someone to care for our girls while we needed to be away for several hours. We added another pup this time and Emma was welcoming to her as well. Dowdy, my granddaughters Chesapeake Bay Retriever can be a little excitable so we had a short meet and greet before we left for the evening. The meet and greet went exceptionally well so we felt very comfortable leaving all three of our furry girls with Emma and Trent. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other pets since I was little. Pets of my own, family and friends. I’ve always been dependable and so loving of animals. I’m here to give them the little bit of extra love throughout the day while the parents are away. I am available throughout most of the day! I have my own car, no problem there. I can do multiple potty breaks throughout the day if necessary! I provide pets with a happy environment. I do live in an apartments so I don’t usually care for pets in my home but I can if needed.

It was such a comfort to see the cats eating, relaxing, and interacting with her. What meant the most to me was how quickly the cats trusted her. They welcomed her right away and even allowed her to pet them. The biggest surprise was Brown Bear, who is usually very sensitive to touch and doesn't warm up to people easily. Seeing him feel so comfortable with her says everything about her gentle nature. It's clear she genuinely loves animals, and they know it. My cats were so well cared for, and I know they'll miss seeing her. I wouldn't hesitate to trust her with them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and loving pet caregiver.
