About: I've always been an animal lover and grew up in Suffolk county caring dogs, chickens, quail and rodents! I'm the go-to pet care person for my friends and family and would love the opportunity to care for your pets! I'm a former volunteer of Save-A-Pet in Port Jeff Station where I cared for dozens of cats every weekend. I have experience with animals of all ages. I am comfortable dispensing medication for aging or ill pets. I've also cared for puppies and have even assisted in delivering a litter of goldendoodles! I've always loved animals and grew up surrounded by pets. My parents bred Pomeranians, and as a teen I had a Sheltie who I absolutely adored. Over the years, I’ve cared for friends’, coworkers’, and even my boss’s pets while they were away, making sure they stayed on schedule with meals, exercise, and attention. Last year, I took a sabbatical during which I traveled the country largely through pet sitting. During that experience, I cared for a wide variety of pets—from young, energetic pets to seniors, and from energetic Border Collies and Newfiedoodles to independent outdoor Calico cats and affectionate indoor Russian Blues. I loved and cared for each of them as if they were my own. I’m attentive to established routines and enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. I understand how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I’m always happy to provide regular updates and photos. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, well cared for, and loved while you’re away. Since I work full time (8:00-4:30), my availability is primarily evenings (5pm onwards) and weekends for dog walks and drop-ins. I can also assist with morning cat feedings or drop-ins (6-7:30am) on my way to work when timing and location allow. I’m open to weekend house sitting with advance notice and aim to provide consistent, reliable care for every pet. About: I AM BACK !! And I AM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK! NOW My husband, Carlos and I both have a pure love for animals as we have been around them and cared for them our whole life. Our love of 10years, Cali, passed away in 2022. Since then we have two beautiful girls, Winnie and Akira. They are amazing dog and get along well with other animals. They are both high energy, full of spunkiness and love! I have taken care of dogs as small as a Pomeranian to as big as a Pit Bull. I have taken care of dogs with minor injuries (gash that needed to be cared for while the owners where away - prior injury to their stay w me) and I am not afraid to administer any oral medications. We live at a private condo community with lots of walking areas. We have a nice size yard with plenty of room to chill. The yard is also fully fenced. Please note for the Doggy Day Care all dogs must be dropped off by 8:00am. We look forward to speaking with you and at the opportunity to care for your furry family member!! I have to keep to a schedule and routine because of my own two dogs routines. Boarding: I am mostly available on the weekends from Friday evening 7pm until Sunday evening or Monday morning before 8am. We live in a private condominium so dogs will need to be walked on a leash at all times. We have plenty of outdoor space to walk them safely plus a fully fence yard.
About: I’ve worked at a Veterinary Hospital for 32 yrs, raised/trained more than 15 puppies to be service dogs & have been doing Animal Assisted Therapy since 1993. I have recently retired, set up my house to be dog friendly and now I have plenty of time to spend with my dogs and your pups! My home is clean and dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. All dogs are allowed on the couch (if you allow that) and my lap (small dogs plz). There are plenty of toys and dog beds for resting:) I also have many baby gates if a dog wants alone time.
About: Since I was 4 years old we had dogs at home, a boxer mix and a poodle. Later on when I was 15 my mom got a pug, and then another one while my sister got a big pit mix with special needs. I'll follow your rules with no problem and I'll give my outmust attention, respect and love to your dog(s). Meet and greets would be preferable.
