“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Natalia went above and beyond, and I could not ask for a more caring and generous home to place my dog in while I was away. She sent near-daily updates with photos and videos and embraced every one of my loud but sweet corgi's quirks with care. Natalia, her dog and her household took care of my dog Athena and loved her truly as if she were their own. I think Athena might have even had a better vacation than me with all the snuggles, toys and fun she had! I cannot recommend or thank Natalia enough for the experiences and care she gave my dog.
Jamie is absolutely amazing!! She was an excellent care taker for our dog.. making sure to keep his meds on schedule... getting him to eat on a schedule when he normally doesnt (he's a grazer!) and allowing him priority position with her on the couch during the few moments of rest they both had. I got a regular stream of photos and check ins about my dog and never had a doubt he was in great hands. The only doubt I had was whether my dog was going to want to come home. She is so great with dogs and I know for sure we will be using her again in the future. Thank you for everything Jamie!!

Jillian was absolutely wonderful with our 7-month-old puppy! This was his first time being watched by someone outside our family, and she made the experience so easy and reassuring.
