About: I take pride in giving pets the best time they can have while their owners are away! I’ve always been an animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I can watch your dog and/or cat. love dog walking and have dog sat for plenty of neighbors, friends, and family over the years. Now that I’m on Rover, I’m loving making connections with new pets and their owners. A little more about me and my professional experience: I work at an animal shelter part time where I provide care mostly for kittens and cats and at a dog groomer where I love on all the pups and make them look their best! I am going to vet tech school as well to learn about the overall health of animals. Something fun: I can teach your pet tricks while I watch them! Right now, I am working part-time so I have lots of time to take care of your pet. Just let me know your schedule and I’ll get back to you. I will take the best care of your home and treat it as if it is my own. I leave places the same as or better than how I found them. I don’t mind cleaning up any pet messes.

About: Always feel the warmth of dogs of my family & friends . Usually they run to me right away! Love to play games & take long walks with your dog. Since I’m not currently employed, I’m available full time & on short notice. It’s so important to keep a consistent routine with your pet so they feel comfortable. I prefer taking care of pets in their home environment. I can drive long distance if needed. Looking forward to getting to know your pet & starting a strong companionship right away.

About: I enjoy cats and dogs as I have had my own, currently pet sit for my roommates cats while she’s on vacation. Cuddle puddles are my favorite pastime Evenings and weekends are preferred, can be flexible. I can do drop ins anytime past 6pm on the weekdays and anytime on the weekends. Emergency calls can also be arranged. I care for pets by slowly introducing myself, first by smell then when comfortable, by touch. I give treats when warranted, but ensure no over feeding/snacking. Lastly I cuddle with pets who are most comfortable.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I alap have several years experience with reptiles and birds. Over the years, I’ve watched pets overnight at their homes and taken them for walks. I'm a teacher on summer vacation. My cats have someone else to take care of them at home, so I have the ability to work around you and your pets' schedules. I respect the rules laid out by the pet owner. You know best about your pet's needs. I ensure food, bathroom, and all other schedules are followed because consistency is just as important for our pets as it is for us.

About: Hi my name is Jen. I am a huge animal lover. I’ve been a dog and cat owner most of my life. Ive also being the proud owner of ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits and fish. I currently have 2 amazing kitties (2 and 3 yr old) my beloved yorkie passed away last year at the age of 15 from renal failure, she fought for over 2 yrs, my brave little girl. I’ve cared for dogs from 5lbs to 140lbs. I have a lot of patience with animals and treat them as my own. I’m extra cautious when it comes to caring for your fur baby. I make sure all gates are shut before letting them outside. I will let them out to make sure they do their business and play w them as well. If u need me to walk them I will leash them securely and make sure to not have any other dogs come too close unless told otherwise. Leaving your home, I am extremely careful making sure your pets do not slip out the door.

About: I have a whole based food and intuitive approach to caring and feeding animals of all sizes and I enjoy supporting training and babysitting the animal. I have grown up with animals and have always liked to enjoy meeting new personalities. I am comforting in my ability to watch the dog and I do like to take pictures with them and make sure they have a comfortable place to use the bathroom. I'm always having extra time after my day starts and im willing and able to use most of time to the animal needing to be watched, and nurtured. I have a big room and space to be with the animal as well as a comfortable living community with privacy and safety all around.

“Mona was amazing! She went above and beyond every day we used her services. For example, she communicated each day, sending a handful of photos of our dog, who she was hired to walk, but also taking the extra step to send photos of our cat who happened to greet her at the door as well. Another day while walking Murphy, she offered to move our car out of the driveway because the house next door was performing construction and she wanted to assure our car would be safe from the flying debris. Finally, on the last day of her walking job I had sent her a last-minute request, but she had already left the house. Regardless, she moved things around so she could come back in a couple hours to perform the request...even taking our pup out again, just to be safe. Mona is everything you look for in a dog walker. About: Dogs, cats and helping people all make me happy. I’ve lived with at least one dog since I was 4 years old after adopting our first family dog from the north shore animal league. I’ve had 3 years of fostering experience for the queens ASPCA where my aunt volunteered. I rehabbed overweight dogs and sick dogs into shape and health to be adopted to their forever homes. We had 2 foster failures our bond was so strong we had to keep. I currently have 3 dogs and one cat all rescues.
