About: I have had dogs since I was a baby. I have fostered dogs for NJ Boxer rescue. We lost our 90lb Pit Bull last year. I don’t want to commit to another dog yet. But I have the love to take in any puppy, middle age and of course the older babies. If they need a loving place that’s not a cold kennel, I will provide that. I work from home. Dogs can run around the kitchen and living room. When I take a break from work I like to bring them into the yard. There is plenty of space to run but sometimes the little ones like to sit on my lap and enjoy the sun. Dogs will always find a sunny spot or a shaded spot in our living room to take naps. There are plenty of toys to play with. We clean any toys after each visit in the washing machine.
About: I had a pet dog when I was younger and took good care of him, I like pets and animals, I am good at giving them attention My schedule is flexible so pet care would be a good fit for me. I work part-time and will be able to manage pet care I can easily crate your dog if needed. Attention given to pets do house sitting, visits, and walks. Good care and attention given to pets

“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. I found Denise by chance when I decided that I didn’t want h to leave Casey home with a friend checking in on her while I was away for. 5 days!! So I searched Rover and found Denise. Casey loved being at her home and loved the fact that she had a great fenced in backyard to run around in. She took good care of Casey and she misses her!! I’m hoping to use Denise whenever I need a sitter, even if it’s just for 1 night!! Highly recommend her!!

Troy was an absolute godsend. We had a last minute 5 day trip come up and I was nervous handing off our Newfoundland to someone new, especially on short notice, but Troy put me at ease from the first message. He asked all the right questions upfront, was flexible with our chaotic schedule, and clearly knows how to handle a big, gentle giant breed.
