We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

There house was very clean and the enclosed backyard was very spacious leaving a lot of room for the dogs to play and secure enough to prevent them from getting out. She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. Highly recommended for anyone with a senior or high-needs dog.”

Without pause, Isabella took him to the vet to get him started on his insulin and. Managed his overactive bladder. If it wasn’t for Isabella, we would have had to come home early. I’m not saying take advantage lol. But I am saying your dog will be in good hands with Isabella!”

Troy did a great job watching our two Weimaraners, Remi and Ruger. They can definitely be a handful at times, so finding someone we feel comfortable leaving them with is really important to us. Troy took great care of them and we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in good hands while we were away. Both dogs were happy and well taken care of when we got back. Leaving my pup is never easy but she made the entire process stress free, was so kind, caring and kept me updated by sending videos every hour, which gave me so much peace of mind.
