Finding someone who can handle a young, high-energy dog is crucial, and Jeremiah exceeded all our expectations. Their home is incredibly clean and nice, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy to burn off steam safely. It was a huge bonus that they have their own sweet doodle—our guy had an absolute blast making a new friend and getting constant companionship! Communication was prompt and reassuring. “Howie was great from the beginning. We were able to do a meet-and-greet at his home before Biscuit's stay and Howie was very patient as Biscuit sniffed around the house. Howie sent an update every day with several pictures pictures and a nice message which helped give us peace of mind. It was clear Biscuit was well taken care of, given lots of attention, and that Howie had stuck to Biscuit's schedule and all the rules we have at home. Cristina and her family were wonderful. Confident from the moment we communicated that my doggie would be well taken care for. He stayed at their place for five days and we received constant communication and pictures/ videos. Classic wondering if our dog loves it more at Cristina’s house than ours! Will be asking her again to watch our dood.
Isabelle responded quickly & was so friendly and flexible with my schedule changes & many questions since it was my 1st time using Rover. Bentley was welcomed with open arms and got along great with her 2 dogs. I knew he'd be in great hands and get all the love and play time he needed. Isabelle sent me photos which really put me at ease to know he was safe and having a great time. He came home exhausted and happy. My dogs clearly enjoyed themselves and I appreciated getting daily updates with photos. Two of my dogs can be fussy and particular about meals and that was handled well.
