Minnetonka Home Away From Home
My wife Kari and I both grew up with dogs and have an Australian cattle dog, Melbourne, that we adopted at 7 weeks old. We also have an old cat, Memphis, so your pup needs to be comfortable around cats. Our home is a 2,900 sq ft home located 25 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis. We have a .6 acre lot that is fully enclosed with a fence. Your pup can join Melbourne in the big backyard playing her favorite game, fetch! Melbourne also enjoys running the trails with us. We prefer to do a meet and great ahead of time so you can see our yard/home and meet Melbourne and Memphis. We accept all ages of pups, although require that any dogs under 1 year of age are fully housebroken.

My dogs clearly enjoyed themselves and I appreciated getting daily updates with photos. Two of my dogs can be fussy and particular about meals and that was handled well. I felt a high level of comfort in leaving my dogs with them and it helped me enjoy my trip so much more. I will definitely book again without hesitation.

Bailey had another wonderful week with Adam and Kari, and has come home relaxed and happy to see us. Adam and Kari sent us daily updates with photos, which kept us worry-free while we were gone. We would definitely recommend Adam and Kari for dog-sitting.
Adam and his family do a great job caring for Milo! Milo had lots of fun with their family and got lots of exercise and attention!
Our Labrador Retriever had a great time with Adam and his family! They sent many photos and were very communicative during his stay with them. We would definitely book with them again!
