“Heidi watched my two cats when I had to be out of town on short notice for a funeral. She was amazing. One of cats needs a daily medication, and she jumped right in and made me feel super comfortable about it. I think what I also really appreciated was that she gave me honest updates. For example, the first night Binx was kind of a goob about letting her get into his ear, but then he got better after she was around a bit. I think I prefer that as opposed to "everything is great!" I was also mortified when I didn't get my hungryroot box canceled, and she graciously put everything in the fridge for me. I felt so comfortable with them under her care, I could even relax on the day of the funeral and not be constantly checking my phone for a rover card! When I got home, my cats were chill and well cared for. I will definitely use her again.”

She spend at least a good 30 mins with our Booth each visit and sent lots of photos where he looked so happy with his new friend. She was very good on communication as well! Lindy even grabbed a package off our porch and our mail which was really nice so it wasn’t sitting in our mail box all weekend!
