I am also a part-time elementary school teacher in the Deephaven/Wayzata/ Minnetonka area. I am typically available Thursday evening - Sunday and available after 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday.

How are they around other dogs? -behavior & personality traits unique to your dog (for safety, please inform me if your dog has anxiety or has displayed any aggression toward animals or people) -any health issues or medications, and dosage - recycling and trash day, if applicable -where you'd like your mail/ packages placed while you're away.
A typical day
I'm always up for playtime! If you request walks, we will get out and about and have had dogs show me the way to nearby trails. Let me know if your dog has favorite walks and toys!

Pet care experience
I have been dog-sitting and house-sitting since 1980. I have cared for senior dogs and puppies and everything in between. I am a responsible and respectful in your home. I focus on what you need taken care of while keeping your dog(s) happy and in their routine while you are away. You can leave feeling comfortable that your dog(s) and home will be lovingly cared for. (I’m sorry I cannot take care of cats or rabbits due to allergies, but I’ve looked after hamsters and chickens!)

Teresa was an excellent pet sitter for our two dogs. She is warm and responsive. She communicated regularly with photos and texts, followed all directions and anticipated the dogs needs during storms and fireworks. So glad we had her stay and do stop in visits instead of using the kennel. Our house was left as we left it and she watered my plants.
