“Sara took great care of our 2 dogs while we were away. We loved her pictures & notes AND she voluntarily shoveled our driveway after a big snow! We will hire Sara again!”

“Very reliable. Extremely pleasant do work with. I am calling her, “The Cat Whisperer!” Our cat, Marty, is very shy and never comes out for strangers. He doesn’t trust easily. But he sure trusted Heidi. She was patient, intuitive and clever! He not only came out for her, he followed her wherever she went. It was such a treat to get gorgeous pictures and fun videos of Marty while we were gone for the first time ever. He will miss Heidi.”

“Patricia took excellent care of Hiro and went above and beyond with updates and making sure he was getting all the love while we were away. Will absolutely be working with Patricia in the future! :)”

About: Even though my dog is the first dog I raised, my uncle has had dogs since I could remember. I would play with his dogs all the time. I have also looked after an 8 week old puppy for a few days and then traveled with the puppy from MN to OH. I take my own dog on walks and/or to the dog park on a daily. There is a big lake near me where my dog (and my neighbors’ dogs) love to walk by. I also have a big yard that my dog loves to sniff and run around in. My dog is very dog friendly and able to play with dogs of all sizes and loves to play with them. I have a very big fenced yard and a very friendly lab, who would keep your fur baby company. I can also crate if needed.
About: My wife and I have had paws in our house almost from day 1. Over the years we have had 6 dogs and 7 cats, all of which came on board as puppies or kittens, and they all lived long and happy lives. Currently we have 1 dog and 2 cats. I am now retired, so I have maximum flexibility to schedule sitting/walking times. The biggest competitors for my time are the grandkids, and the lawnmower in the summer and snow shovel in the winter. Our cats are indoor cats with access to a screen porch to satisfy their outdoor desires. We have used the Invisible Fence for our previous larger dogs. The client would set the requirements for care at the pet's home. I also have walking shoes and a leash for doggie exercise. I have not signed up to care for client's animals at our house.
“Kelly was incredible - kept us informed of how our 2 cats were doing every day of our week long vacation, went the extra mile to take care of some plants that needed watering, and learned how each cat responded best to treats, pets, and toys. We will absolutely use Kelly again to watch over our kitties!”

“Pat was flexible with some unforeseen changes and willing to help out if she could. Good communication, even crawled next to the bed where one of my cats was hiding to give her some love. My other cat wasn't as shy and Pat gave her lots of love and belly rubs.”

About: I grew up with pets my entire life, and now I have my own - The sweetest miniature dachshund. Pets, as humans, need to release energy and connect with us. My favorite ways to do this are going for walks, playing fetch, joining them in playing with their favorite toys (if wanted), incorporating enrichment activities or toys when it’s too cold to be outside, and getting in love and cuddles if the pet allows it. I’m a registered nurse, but work casually with my facility. I typically pick up a few shifts a week and pick up at a later notice. Therefore, I have more availability and flexibility than the average person. Our dog is fed twice daily, played with or given an enrichment activity daily, taken with us on errands as he loves riding in the car and being with us, goes on walks about once a week (Keep in mind, he’s a small dog and doesn’t need as extensive of activities to exert his energy), has annual visits to the vet, and is given monthly heart worm/tick and flea as prescribed. Of note: I grew up with labrador retrievers, and we made sure to get out and play fetch or go on a walk everyday as they have a higher energy reserve. Therefore, I’ve experienced both larger and smaller breeds and am willing to accommodate how I care for them based on their needs.
“Rola did a fantastic job with our two dogs during her drop-in visit. She was on time, friendly, and made sure both pups were cared for and happy. I I appreciated her attention to detail and the updates she provided. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful pet care!”
“Elizabeth is great! She’s so friendly and was excellent with our 5 month old puppy. She’s prompt, respectful, and very dedicated to what she does. Highly recommend her for your next Rover.”

About: I have been a dog / cat sitter for my friends, family and neighbors since I was 13. My family had both dogs and cats in the house when I was growing up. I love spending time with animals and getting to know their unique personalities. I especially enjoy taking dogs for walks and playing with them outside to help expend their energy. I currently work from home in a corporate position. I have plenty of free time and would love to spend some of it taking care of animals. Typically, I am staying over at the client’s home for the duration of their trip / vacation. The client will often have me over to their home prior to their departure to meet the animal(s) and go over their needs and any other special requests they may have. It is very important to me that the client feels safe entrusting me to stay in their home and take care of their pets.
“Leah was amazing with my cat, Lizzie! She sent daily updates with photos, and I came home to a very happy, loudly purring kitty. When Lizzie got sick unexpectedly, Leah graciously cleaned everything up and kept me informed right away—which was such a relief while I was away for the week. I can’t recommend Leah enough!”

Jennifer was able to come in on short notice to fill in the time when our regular walker was traveling. She was great about communication, and very flexible about scheduling. Angela always enjoys her time with Jennifer, and gets some exercise and company on days when here humans are at work for a long time.
