Caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life, and I've learned how important patience, consistency, and attention are to keeping pets happy and comfortable. I've also pet sat for friends and family on multiple occasions, and they continue to rely on me to care for their pets when they're away. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I also have a dog named Maylo, who has taught me even more about the responsibility and commitment that comes with being a pet owner. I understand how much pets mean to their families, and my goal is always to provide loving, dependable care so owners can have peace of mind while they're away. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule during some days! I do have work and classes during certain parts of the week, but outside of those scheduled commitments, I’m generally available and happy to accommodate your pets’ routine as much as I can. I take care of them just like I would like my little Maylo (my dog) to be taken care of. This review is for Oct. 5-6 drop-in visits. Nicole was very accommodating to us needing to shift some things around a few days prior. We are new to Rover and had the typical nervousness of someone new watching our kitties. Nicole came over for a meet and greet a week before and then the weekend prior to get a quick rundown of where everything is and what we needed. Our one cat needs medication administered via injection and she was able to do that even with him being quite shy. When we came back the litter box area was clean and both cats seem content. Nicole helped ease my mind by sending lots of pictures and was very good with communication.
Paige did a great job with our two cats, stopped in daily at the same time and played with and fed them, cleaned the litter box and sent us daily updates and photos, and all went well! And the best thing was, unlike other times when we've been gone, the cats had no behavioral issues, didn't chew anything up or leave poop surprise anywhere to show their defiance-- everything was normal when we got home and they seem perfectly content :)
