“Adelaide was great at communicating and wrote a very detailed report about her visit with our pups. When a problem arose she promptly communicated and found a solution. We loved the photos she sent and will gladly have her back!”

About: I care for my family’s dog, Moxie, every day alongside my siblings. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure he stays happy, active, and comfortable. What sets me apart is that I understand every pet has different needs and routines. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to following your instructions closely so your pet receives the same care and consistency they’re used to at home. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, active playtime, or simply having company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’ve also cared for small pets in the past and have always enjoyed spending time with animals. My goal is to provide dependable care and give pet owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands. I’m currently a college student and work part-time during the summer, which gives me flexibility to provide pet care throughout the week. My work schedule varies from week to week, but because I work part-time, I have plenty of availability for drop-in visits, walks, and quality time with your pets. I typically know my schedule in advance and do my best to accommodate pet care requests whenever possible. I’m also usually available on weekends and enjoy spending time outdoors with dogs, whether that’s going for walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. I’ve always been an animal lover….I’m usually the one in the corner spending more time with the pets than the people at family gatherings! In fact, I even made a PowerPoint presentation to convince my family to get our goldendoodle, Moxie. My priority is making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine and needs, follow instructions carefully, and provide consistent, reliable care. Whether I’m stopping by for a visit or taking your dog on a walk, I’ll treat them like my own, with patience, attention, playtime, and affection. I also respect my clients’ homes and will care for your pet and belongings responsibly while you’re away.

“Autumn always takes great care of my older cats! It is evident she spends time with them beyond simply cleaning their litter box. Plus, Autumn always sends pictures!”
About: We are caretakers for all our family and friends fur babies when they need help. For hours or days. We lost our golden doodle to cancer and miss having another dog around but aren’t ready to commit to our own yet. Let us spoil yours! Between the four of us we typically have great flexibility in our schedule. We do work outside of the home so the pups need to be able to withstand 3-4 hours alone. We have a large fenced in yard where they can roam freely or play with balls and sticks or just lay on the sun if they’re lazy 😊
About: I have been around dogs my whole life and grew up with two schnauzers, which helped me develop a strong love for animals and confidence caring for different personalities and energy levels. I currently have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, so I understand the importance of providing pets with attention, exercise, consistency, and affection. I’m very active, friendly, and dependable, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, making me a great fit for dog walking and pet sitting. I am currently working part time, which gives me flexibility and availability during weekdays as well as some weekends for dog walking and dog sitting! I live in a townhome with lots of green outside areas. I have one dog, Honey, who is very friendly and loves other dogs and people!
About: I have taken care of my family pets since I was little. In high school I took care of neighbor’s dogs and others who needed the extra hand in taking dogs for walks and making sure they had food, water, and were happy. I have a full time job and usually work 8 hours during the day Sunday-Thursday. I am available in the mornings and evenings during those days, Friday afternoons, and all day Saturdays. While taking care of clients pets, I will make sure they have plenty of water, food, exercise, and all instructions the owners leave are followed. I care for all animal's health and well-being and will go out of my way to make sure they are taken care of how their owners would want them and how I would take care of my own pets.
About: I've taken care of a variety of advanced reptiles since I was twelve, and have experience walking dogs for the better part of three years. I currently work with two senior dogs (lab and golden retriever), and assist with: daily walking, brushing, and feeding. I have a part-time job, but I'm more than happy to spend my afternoons helping with anything pup-related! With proper notice, I have exceptional availability for a variety of tasks! I believe the compassion, respect, and structure are the cardinal rules of pet care, and strive to demonstrate those with each and every client. My ultimate goal is to do what's right for the animals in my care, including fostering a good relationship with the human guardians of my clients.

“Ashley is an awesome pet sitter! I hate to even call her that - she's your pets best friend when you're out of town. She's attentive, follows complicated directions flawlessly, and truly loves and cares for your animals like they're your own. She even accommodated a last minute personal emergency with grace. Thank you Ashley, I can't wait to work together in the future. Sushi and Bamboo already miss your playtimes!”

“Jenn did a great job of handling a challenging situation with one of my cats while I was away. Her clear communication and photos were so helpful. I appreciate her understanding, capable, and confident care of my cats. Thanks again Jenn!”

About: I work from home with flexible availability, and would love to help with your pet care needs! Growing up my family always had labs and multiple cats. I was a sitter long term for two older dogs , and I have some experience giving medications. I often take care of family and friends pets and have experience with many breeds like labs, terrier, and spaniel and more! I have daily availability with flexibility throughout the day. I can accommodate both recurring cares, as well as last minute, or one time cares. I got for daily walks, and your dog would be a welcome addition! Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Chanhassen
Our dog can be very nervous around new people, and has even completely refused to go outside for strangers before, but Hailey got her out in less than 5 minutes! She communicated with us the whole time and even sent some sweet photos of the visit! Can’t wait to have her back!

Ella was absolutely fantastic for our first Rover experience and we’d be super happy to have her back again. It was such a relief to let our dog stay home instead of going to the kennel. Ella asked great questions before taking the request, left comforting feedback while we were away & we came home to a perfectly cared for happy dog. Thank you Ella!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
