About: Hello! I'm Tina. I live in Waconia, and I'm looking to care for your dogs, for walks, quiet snuggles, or just a good run around the back yard. Will house/pet sit as well. I've had 3 dogs in my life, and 20+ years of playtime, laughs, and bonding with my "kids" as I call them. I currently have a 15 year old shih tzu/mix who is my baby. In the past, I've taken care of one of my dogs, who had many health issues, so I'm experienced with senior or special needs animals. I've administered meds (pills), spent many days at the vet, and am very sensitive to ill animals and senior animals who just want to rest or have low key play. I have experience with puppies as well who are looking to just have fun! I'm very responsible and dedicated to my animals, and would be the same with yours. Give me a try! =) Right now my schedule is open availability, so I'll have plenty of time to devote to your animal and their needs. I have availability on weekends as well, but that can change by the week. I have an unfenced yard and one senior little ole lady shih tzu who is extremely low maintenance and very sweet. She has free range of the house, but I do crate her when I'm away from home for periods of time.

I have experience caring for senior dogs and pets that may need a little extra patience, attention, and love. I’ve also been around dog breeding for 10+ years, which has given me experience with dogs of all ages and personalities. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a slower pace, I’m happy to provide care that fits their needs! My services include: •30 minute dog walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood to help your pup get fresh air, exercise, and a little adventure during the day. •30 minute drop-ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of love to make sure your pet is comfortable while you're gone. You can book up to three drop-ins per day! Every pet is different, so I’m always happy to accommodate extra needs or customize visits to fit your pet’s routine. My availability is flexible, feel free to reach out with your preferred dates and times! • I always offer a (free) 10-minute meet-and-greet before any drop-in or walking service. This gives us a chance to meet, helps your pet get familiar with me, and lets us go over their routine and any other needs. Meet-and-greets are not required to book with me, they are simply available if you’d like a little extra comfort and peace of mind before our first visit!

About: My family adopted a dog five years ago. A couple years later when I turned 18 I got a dog of my own. I Have had her for 3 years now. I’ve always had a passion for animals and even have a non profit rescue with my friend. I work 3 10 hour shift Monday, Wednesday and Friday either 7-5:30 or 7:30-6. I get a 30 minute meal break so if you are near Chaska target I am able to let your dog out on my break. Normally that what I do with my own dog. Otherwise i am in college online so I spend a lot of time studying at home with my own dog. I am very precise when it comes to caring for animals. If they are on a routine I follow that as closely as possible. My dog could also tag along if requested as she is friendly with other dogs and even cats.

“Desiree completed multiple drop-in visits (2x daily) during a week-long vacation for my two senior cats. Mr. Twix is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. Desiree was happy to stop over ahead of the trip to go over insulin and daily routines. I asked for photo updates and Desiree was happy to share! She graciously cleaned one poo mess and even helped reset the fuse box when the cat fountain stopped working. Twix and Butters were calm and happy when I arrived home. I felt comfortable on my trip knowing the kids were getting love in my absence!”

About: I’ve been my neighborhoods designated dog sitter since I was 12 years old! I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently have two large, energetic rescue dogs of my own. I have hands-on experience with bully breeds, large and strong dogs, puppies, multi-dog households, crate training, leash manners, enrichment, basic grooming, and administering routine medications and supplements. I’m especially comfortable with active dogs and dogs with big personalities! I understand that every dog has different needs, boundaries, routines, and ways of communicating, and I’m happy to follow the training and structure you already use at home. I love walks, hiking, enrichment activities, playtime, and plenty of couch cuddles. I’m also comfortable with basic bathing and grooming, including dogs who need a little extra patience with baths. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention to dog body language, introduce dogs carefully, separate dogs for meals and high-value treats when appropriate, and never assume that what works for one dog will work for another. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while they’re with me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs in my care. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, as well as daycare and boarding for dog-friendly dogs in my home. I have two dogs of my own, so caring for dogs, getting outside, and fitting plenty of play and enrichment into my day is already part of my normal routine! Safety and comfort are always my priority. I have two friendly, social dogs of my own, and I require a meet-and-greet before boarding or daycare to make sure everyone is comfortable together. I carefully supervise introductions and play, and I separate dogs for meals, chews, and other high-value items when needed. I have a large yard with an invisible fence that my own dogs use, but visiting dogs will always be physically secured outside with a leash or long line. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, crate schedule, feeding instructions, medications, and house rules. Dogs are always welcome on my furniture and beds unless you prefer otherwise!

And the best thing was, unlike other times when we've been gone, the cats had no behavioral issues, didn't chew anything up or leave poop surprise anywhere to show their defiance-- everything was normal when we got home and they seem perfectly content :)”

About: I take very care of my cats and make sure they have a well balanced diet and life. I’ve babysat friends dogs and am very good at following any directions and preferences they give me. Cats and dogs give me so much joy and I always have the patience and love for them. I’m currently working a part-time job and I’m in softball currently, so the most available time I have are Fridays and the weekends at any time your pet will need me. I will be coming to your home since that works best for me, so I will care for you pet just like you would yourself. Any special accommodations you have for me, I will be sure to follow through since it is your home and your pet.

About: Experience raising a puppy. I cater to pups of all sizes and energy levels. My dog is not in a crate but we did crate train him I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to work from home most days. I anm available for potty breaks, walks, snuggles, or playing fetch. I have a large, unfenced yard but I do have a long lead we can use if necessary. I can use a crate if your dog is crate trained. I’m familiar to and accommodating of specialty diets. Rico and I love walks and running at the dog park down the road!

About: Pets make life better! They are family. If they behave well, they should be spoiled! I have always had dogs. I grew with up with dogs and now I have my own. I have never owned a cat because my mom is allergic, but I really enjoy them! I care for my friends two cats frequently. I love caring for, playing, and walking animals! I love getting outside to walk. I also love playing fetch and tug of war. I also enjoy playing with feather or ribbon cat toys! I am good with any age animal. They all need love and attention! My dog is 2, so I have been through the puppy stage recently. He has a lot of energy so I know how much exercise dogs need.
